It's too far to predict Ethereum will touch 5K.usd at this year.
I think it will happen at 2024.
In my prediction Ethereum will touch around 2000-3000 USD at this year. Let's see.

I seem to agree with you my friend Anshor, that this year it looks like there will be no surprises until making ATH renewable again where the last ATH was at $4,891.
indeed it will start to improve but it will slowly occur in the 2024 Halving period, only after that it will improve and continue to increase until 2025.
so it's likely that by the end of this year the price will only move slightly better and will be in the range of $2K-$4K only.

Ethereum to hit 5k is very much achievable, no doubt about that. Ethereum is a strong project with constant developments and building happening within the chain. The merge event and other up coming features of the chain will definitely give it more momentum to push as far as 5k probably before the end of the year

The POW algorithm makes the price of ethereum go up because the ethereum network is completely decentralized, therefore the price goes up and until recently before the Beachon chain was active I thought it would be under $2k.
But when the POS algorithm on Ethereum is active, I hope the price doesn't drop again, because the miners will switch to other mineable coins to continue mining.

2K USD is reacheable for Ethereum.
Ethereum has potential to hit this.
But If we talk about 5K USD ,it's too far.

Of course, Ethereum can reach that price at $5k but we don't know when will that happen, this year is impossible because of the current market conditions and I think only the bull run can achieve that price of Ethereum. I believe in Ethereum in long-term, and I plan to accumulate more.

Looking at the current market conditions, it doesn't look like the price of Ethereum will enter $5000 this year. We have seen that the current market condition is so dire that its prices have fallen further. Chances of the market improving are very low and it will take a long time for this market to improve.

At the time market is going down so wait for dip guys on 15th September good news is coming to pump ethereum so buy in dip for good profit may be it will git up to 4k or 5k may be we cant say any thing so hold it.

I think 5K USD is not too high expectation for Ethereum price.
But It will happen after bitcoin halving 2024.
Ethereum is very potential coins and has  the biggest community for smart contract platform.

5K USD is not too big a target for ETH in the 2024-2028 cycle. However, I don't think ETH can achieve a new ATH before the next BTC Halving in 2024. This is a good period to accumulate ETH for the next cycle. The Merge will revive the Ethereum ecosystem!

With the current market conditions, it doesn't look like Ethereum will be able to touch $5,000 anytime soon.When the market was at a very good level, the price of Ethereum reached such a level.Looking today I saw that the price of Ethium is above $1400.

There was a time when the price of all the coins was bullish when the price of the Ethereum coin went close to $5000. However, with the current market conditions, it does not seem that Ethereum will be able to cross $5000 anytime soon. It may take a long time for Ethylium to hit it in this market. So currently the market condition is not very good so it is not possible to say what is the position of the market.

Last year ethereum hit $4K. Then the market was rapidly moving towards the bull run, after that there was a recession in the market and the whole market rolled down. Now it will take time for ethereum to hit $5K, hopefully this will be achieved in 2024.

According to one comment, it is obvious that eth will get to  15k,  it can be after this merge or maybe next year or at bull year but definitely eth will sky there.
