Title: Will Bitcoin Really Go Above 100k?
Post by: Dgsksn on February 08, 2024, 07:18:42 AM
I am totally new to this forum, before coming to this forum I did a lot of research about Cryptocurrencies. I heard that Bitcoin will generate new ATH at the next halving which could be over 100k. Currently the price of Bitcoin is above 44k. Do you think bitcoin will really go above 100k in the next halving? Please correct me if I am wrong.

No one would say you are wrong or try to correct you because you seem so sure that the BTC rally will go up to the $100k but one thing that people will try to correct of you is, that you should not raise hopes for like 100% that BTC will reach $100k or cross it. Because we should not make lame predictions without any technical or fundamental analysis.

We all know that ETF and halving along with other factors might have helped BTC to cross even $150k but the current situation is kinda difficult to understand because BTC is reacting to much good news very late. A few days ago institutions bought a big amount of BTC and BTC did not raise its value suddenly but it took more than 24 hours for it to react. I must say, I am not so sure but I do think BTC will at least set a new ATH and might cross $100k if all things go right.

What you heard of bitcoin would give a new ATH is true but the matter is that we don't know the exact price it would be, given how unpredictable the crypto market is. We might at the end of the halving season, see a price close to $100k or above it. One thing is just sure we are to see a new ATH by 2024 or 2025 since all the previous Bitcoin halving gave a new ATH every 4-5 years.

Take note that a lot of people give their own personal predictions, and you should not buy BTC based on those predictions, but you should do your own research and buy based on your research.

However i think BTC would rise as high as that and above, this year spot etf's have been approved, in a few weeks the BTC halving will happen and the supply of new BTC would be halved, so this is expected to move the price very high and i believe it will.

You know my advice to you, dude. Since you are a newbie here in the crypto space, as far as I can see, you haven't started doing studies about Bitcoin. Your idea may have been picked up or you got it from what other people say, but no one is indeed doing their research here.

I understand that you want to invest in Bitcoin, and it sounds like you will base your investment on what others have to say here. Which, in my opinion, is not right. Again,  it is not bad to invest in Bitcoin, but you should invest because you know the reason why you should invest in it. Or it's still good that you really know and study it first. He will indeed reach $100,000, but the question is, do you know the reason why he will reach it? Those are just some of the reasons why you need to learn it first.

There is a chance but if you try to look at the chart prices goes up and create new all time highs every four years so that would be 2025 if I am not wrong but who knows? I could be wrong here as well but yeah there is no exact and accurate answer to this let us just wait for the confirmation if it really will repeat itself.

$100K is still quite realistic for bitcoin to reach that price when bullish because what I know from many predictions, the $100K benchmark is the most talked about so of course my opinion is still very possible.

We here can only predict the price of bitcoin in the future, as for the fact that it will be right or not then we never know, but with a sense of optimism then I HODL in the long run in order to sell at the highest price of $100K even if it can be more than that.

In the cryptocurrency market anything can happen, maybe some will not believe it but for me this can happen after the halving.

My opinion is not a financial advice to you or anyone else reading, and yes, I think personally believe that the price of bitcoin will surpass $100,000 dollars in the coming bull run, my prediction is that, the price of bitcoin in this coming bull run may like reach and even surpass $120k dollars, but again, this is just my speculation, and I don't think or expect anyone to see this and go investing what or an amount they can't afford to lose in bitcoin, for regardless of the high expectations, risk is still here and there is always the possibility of losing money, so, we all should be wise enough to do our research and only invest what we know we can comfortably lose.

This is a rhetorical question.
Bitcoin is currently trading at 45K way the market is going it seems we are going to continue pumping probably until we reach for 48k. if you reach that price we may stay there and form another support until the halving day and then comes down to come from another support before the bullrun will begin.

Honestly, nobody know exactly if bitcoin is going to reach 100k, if anyone told you that bitcoin is going to reach the level they are just speculating and they are probably optimistic for future price, but there is no certainty about on 100k. My advice for you is this, buy the amount of bitcoin, you know you can buy with the money you can afford to lose and then hold just like other investors and be positive of the future outcome

Right now as I am writing this reply to your post, BTC is already at $46K after many days jockeying in the $40K - $42K levels. And I think the market is getting to be so cozy for the possible bull run just before the coming halving around April. One there be a big bull run, what I can feel sure to happen is BTC going beyond its last ATH so maybe $70K can be an easy hurdle. Of course, getting beyond $100K is something many hodlers are dreaming about...but we know that Bitcoin has a peculiar behavior to disappoint people so let's just hope this can happen, otherwise we should be happy enough for a new ATH. By the way, all of your questions in the poll are asking the same thing it would have good if there are variations as they should be in a poll.

Do not be surprised if bitcoin has not gotten above $50000 at the next halving. The bull run may start some weeks or likely some months after the halving, not that it will just start immediately after halving. Although, I may not be totally tight and this is just a guess in relation to what had happened in the past.

Currently the price of Bitcoin is above 44k. Do you think bitcoin will really go above 100k in the next halving? Please correct me if I am wrong.
The price that I am guessing from my analysis is $170000 after the reducing volatility is considered along with it. Although, I am not really sure if this will happen but for bitcoin to get to $100000 is very possible. In fact, my prediction is that bitcoin will still go far more than that. I have a strong opinion that bitcoin will increase and surpass $100000 in the next bull run.

Actually most believing with bitcoin will go above $100k in one day later, looking behind bitcoin drop drastically under $20k and success return more than 100% raised to $47 its so excited and easily for bitcoin break out more than 100%. Current bitcoin near close with $50k and get more than 100% in the future seems easily and I believe bitcoin has moment raising up above $100k but need time maybe one or two years later.
Bitcoin price almost close to raise $50k and few days later will be easy and believing new all time high will break out before or after halving of bitcoin, just wait the right time for bitcoin to up above $100k.

Re: Will Bitcoin Really Go Above 100k?
If you have really researched Bitcoin why are you not investing in Bitcoin. Yes bitcoin is definitely likely to cross $100k post halving and now bitcoin is around 47k so if you think this is a good time to invest in bitcoin then you should invest in bitcoin and hold for post halving.
However, it is not possible to predict whether Bitcoin halving will go back below 40 thousand in the previous period. By the way the market is correcting, Bitcoin may cross $50,000 before mid-February.

there is nothing wrong everyone has targets and hopes on bitcoin, because it is free to speculate on the issue of BTC's new ATH,
If you believe in BTC, it's better for you to enter as quickly as possible by looking at Bitcoin's current movement. There is a possibility that at the end of the month, Bitcoin could reach 48K. If that's real, getting 100K in the next halving is very easy, but with the caveat that there isn't a lot of FUD coming out. from allies who disagree with the existence of crypto

For next time, think better about how to create a survey, which does not repeat as possible answers 5 times the question, and not the answers.

Regarding the specific question, yes, it will pass them either this 2024 or in the first half of 2025, otherwise it would be a catastrophe for future price expectations, not only for this cycle. But there is a very high probability that it will, given the halving, the current price trend and the trend towards growing demand.

I'm quite confident that $100k+ by the end of this cycle, TBH OP I'm optimistic that Bitcoin will achieve the $80K+ milestone within a few months or maybe by the end of the year. At the same time my highest expectation from Bitcoin is achieving $150k to $200k ah yeah maybe for some of you it might sound unrealistic.

But considering all the facts the historical rally and the upcoming events I'm sure it won't be that hard to achieve this ATH. The only uncertainty in my views is the US elections.

Bitcoin price $100k is possible but no one can guarantee when it will happen. Bitcoin price has also gained 5.5%+ today to $47.7k so expect it to hit $50k very soon. The last ATH was $68k and it doesn't seem like it will take long to cross it and if the previous ATH is hit there is a big chance that Bitcoin price will hit $100k very quickly and make a new ATH.  After that the price of Bitcoin may come down again. But I don't think the price of Bitcoin will ever drop below $50k after that

Nobody is sure about such increase but it is estimated by an experts that as every halving is stronger than previous one so hopefully this time the price will be more than previous price that was 69k$. Cryptocurrency is unpredictable and we don't know even about tomorrow price that what will be it but most of the time prediction from expert become accurate therefore most of the people are in will to buy more and more bitcoin to get profit from higher price like that of 100k$.

Now the market is green and Bitcoin is above the price of 47k$ which is a positive signal that very soon we will see 50k$ and till halving that is assumed to be take place during the month of April there is a possibility that it will go towards the 100k$ of price and everyone is waiting for such moment.

agree with you, I also don't believe Bitcoin will drop below $50K after touch $100K. Because many prediction said Bitcoin will touch new ATH $150K. I think it's reachable. many investors still hold their Bitcoin and wait this moment.
For now, current Bitcoin price is $ 47K, I think it will touch $ 50K soon. in my prediction it will happen before halving.

The first thing I have to say on your this question is that, No one can say with the 100% guarantee that how will the future price of Bitcoin. But for 100k yes I think bitcoin will obviously cross 100k I wanna say that bitcoin will cross more than 1 million, but the main thing is that I and no one don't know the time when bitcoin will touch or cross this price.
But if you think from the general knowledge, then So only around 10-15% of the world's population currently knows about this cryptocurrency or Bitcoin, and the increasing speed of this percentage suggests that it will spread to more people in the coming years, along with the number of Bitcoin adoption, and the result is similar. The price of Bitcoin will increase. And this is how the price of Bitcoin will go above 1 million in the future.

There's no way that future could really be known and this is why it would really be always best that you should really be knowing at least on the things that you are dealing with. If you are
that someone who put up that huge trust on Bitcoin investment then it would really be understandable  that you would really be that somewhat be bias and optimistic to it then it would really
be best that you should really be versatile on whatever things that could happen along the way on which we know that there's no way on knowing that.
$100k price? We arent just that too far off and we are already half way there into the price and come to think that we arent still on bull run season yet
but the price is starting to cling up.

I have always said that things when it comes to Bitcoin are very open, sometimes we are people who are looking for the best possible thing to do, for example I am the one Who Reads a lot of articles and then compares, I like to know what people think famous, people are Always looking for ways to make the best prediction, but as we have been going through some stages, the closest we have come is the approval of the ETF, which everything was waiting for bitcoin to go up, at least until the last ATH, and from there it remained until the halving and then rose to $100k, but what I see is that $100k is a great number, and it is a great number that everyone looks for and likes.

But in my experience with this type of thing , I think it can EReach $100k, but Always when the price gets there, it goes Down and then goes up to at least $130k, that's just what I think , this is what I imagine it will happen.

Welcome to the altcointalk forum. No matter how much research you do before coming to this forum, even if you don't know much about cryptocurrencies, if you put in the time, I think you will become very experienced with cryptocurrencies. We know Bitcoin halving is not much time left so before Bitcoin halving we see Bitcoin price between $47k and $48000. If we look at the current market, we can understand that Bitcoin will surpass $100k. If it's close to $50k before halving then bitcoin will be bull market few months after halving so be sure bitcoin will be $100k in bull market and may be more. But often we see halving after a few months in the Bitcoin bull market so we will definitely see the next new ATH move to an all-time high very soon.

Nobody can say if bitcoin price will reach 100k or above this price. We can only use the past event of bitcoin history to speculate that there will be a new ATH during the next bull run. From the look of things and the approval of bitcoin ETF, we should be expecting a high price that will be above the previous ATH. Bitcoin price is unpredictable, and if you are planning to sell, then you should have a price target in which when bitcoin prices reaches, you can sell and take profit. For me I would not sell my bitcoin, if it doesn't reach my price target.

There's nothing to correct you here, you're only making an enquiry by expressing your thought and doubts anyway, bitcoin is far more than you could think or compare to other forms of currencies.

This is a digital and a volatile currency and you cant underestimate the way far it can go when it comes to bullrun, but from what we already had in the past, present and the future, we can believe about this that bitcoin is going to make a new all time high as above the 100k USD after the halving.

So... halfway to OP's prediction, it may happen sooner than expected, perhaps this month, CMC hit +$48.5k, so $1500 is nothing for bitcoin's volatility, let's hope the decline don't be too strong.

Bitcoin will definitely gain a new all time high during the next bull market which will start this year but the peak of the bill market could be reach next year. From the price of Bitcoin last which did not even surpass $39k until we entered 2024 before the price was able to cross $40k and today it is $48k, it a good sign that the price of Bitcoin will reach a new all time high but what no body is certain about is the price the peak will end at, it could be $100k or more.

I am pretty sure that 100k is not really that difficult anyway. I mean its not really about "will it be able to pass" its more like when. People are not realizing the potential of bitcoin, we are at a stage where its a lot higher, and doing a lot better. I get that it may not look like that, but it is definitely something we should be quite easily getting, so if you do not think that we can be 100k, then you are not ready for what will happen. We are going to end up with much more, its going to be a lot more than that. I can see 200k being realistic, its just x3 from previous ATH, so it should be quite possible to reach there.

As you have researched in different places and seen on different social media how much the price of Bitcoin fluctuates. That's why you need to know more about Bitcoin because the more you can analyze the market, the more you can move forward and profit in the future. Because in the future when our halving of Bitcoin will be halved then new ATH will be created. And if there is new ATH surely bitcoin market will increase to maximum and will cross $100k so it is best to invest now.

Well, I really agree with what you say, to reach the target price of $100k it only takes a short time because when the halving occurs it will make the price of Bitcoin soar and $100k will be easily achieved, demand will be higher and miners will find it increasingly difficult to get Bitcoins.

By seeing  at the current price movement of bitcoin, reaching $100K seems easy. but we have to keep waiting because it is likely that bitcoin will touch above $150K during the bullish season. As a holder we must remain calm until our target is achieved.

The current price is $61k- $62k, it is not very far from the ATH ($69k). And since there is still many months before 2025, it is very possible for $100k. People may feel doubtful when the price is still $44k. But with the current price above $60k, I think people are confident to see $100k. Yes, many experts stated the price can be $100k.

Currently the price has not collapsed and has actually risen to $65k. The target you mentioned at $100k is likely to be achieved in the next few months because the halving is also getting closer, only a few days away so this will have a good influence on Bitcoin price movements and prepare yourself to take profit from Bitcoin.

Bitcoin will likely reach over $100K, in Q4 this year or perhaps before. Bitcoin touched $70K yesterday and is currently standing at $68K. Maybe before the halving in April Bitcoin would have touched a price of $80K

Yes, you are right, there is a possibility that Bitcoin's price will reach $100k in Q4, however I am sure that Bitcoin will immediately increase in price when it approaches the halving, maybe 1 week before the halving will make the price rise very sharply.

Currently, time is running fast and it is already 38 days before the halving occurs, meaning that in 1 month and 1 week, many cryptocurrency prices will increase in price. With the increase in the price of Bitcoin, it will trigger an increase in the price of altcoins and a bull run scenario will soon happen.

Bitcoin is already in its bull run, because the price have passed the previous ATH currently. I saw bitcoin price at 72k+ not quite long, and that is a good sign that we will see bitcoin price reach 100k this year. I think that it is possible for us to see bitcoin price at 80k before the halving, and after the halving, I expect to see a rapid pump on price. Real and hodli your bitcoin till it reaches your price target before taking profit. Don't be in a hurry, because all bitcoin investor that bought in ATH last circle have started seeing profits from their bitcoin portfolio.

I have a feeling that there is going to be a dump by the time the market make a correction, the market cannot pump forever. Just like the previous halving, some days before the halving Bitcoin dumped about a negative of 10%, it was even more than that but retraces upward before heading up for another all-time high, so be ready for a liquidity squeeze.

After all the Bitcoin run, there is going to be another altcoins run but then there is going to be a dominance of Bitcoin shift from the Bitcoin to the altcoins before the altcoins are going to start pumping again. That's when we are going to see another crazy run of altcoins with 10x and many more profits.

Seeing bitcoin arriving at $100,000 is not something that we can argue about, because will soon be a done deal and we are going to see that come to pass, we may not say precisely when this is actually coming to take place, but we have more convictions that before or after the 2024 halving, the market will surge more higher than before, just as we are already seeing right from now as the market is pumping and making new all time high already before the halving.

We have the same thoughts on that. $100k price of Bitcoin is not difficult to achieve since price already created a new ATH. We expect that the price will only create new ATH after the halving which is not happening in this cycle. This only means that manipulators is having difficulty on making things happen because their holdings is lower than the volume of demand. If they are trying to sell their coins just to make a dump in the market, it will not happen because there are lot of buyers that are willing to cover up that selling pressure. But we have to expect that time will come that there will be retracement because that's how supply and demand works.

$100k is imminent and it only takes a few hikes.
Bitcoin price strengthened and continued to hold above the price of $70k++, this indicates that Bitcoin is ready to continue to break the price of $100k.

it's not impossible, it just took time even ATH was printed before the Halving and this is the first in history.
Usually the ATH will be printed after the halving occurs, but this time it is faster.

Yes, I agree with you. The issue of Bitcoin’s price reaching 100K is no longer a matter of discussion. The only discussion is when will this happen? Before halving or after halving? this is the question.

Personally, I am optimistic that we may see 100K before halving, even though there is only a month left, but given the market reality and the momentum with which Bitcoin is moving upward, I do not rule out that we will see this number before halving.

What I think about the market is that $100k is a psychological price, many eproans are waiting for it to reach that price just to sell, if such chaos happens, then it is not bad, but I consider that it will reach much further than $100 k, after many people sell and the whites buy, well I think that the price could drop to more than $150k ,the effect of the ETFs has not yet been seen, the halving has not yet come and 4 years have not yet passed where it is always a cycle that is fulfilled when Bitcoin rises in price, then these variants can trigger a great price.

Keep in mind these things, I can guess that the price will reach $100k and Depending on how many people sell the price will continue its new direction, I couldn't estimate how much the price will be, but I'm sure it could be something very good, that's the way I I can see the Market now.

The new direction and the price is getting higher, so the increase will not be expected.
$100k is the price that is still going in for now, but you also need to know that the market will definitely experience a correction and maybe when the price touches the price of $100k it will be the top Resistance point and after that the correction is quite deep.
All possibilities are bound to happen, a market that continues to rise without a decline is not healthy.

Well, what a funny poll it is. :D

I heard that Bitcoin will generate new ATH at the next halving which could be over 100k. Currently the price of Bitcoin is above 44k. Do you think bitcoin will really go above 100k in the next halving? Please correct me if I am wrong.
You did a lot of research you said, but I guess you forgot to research that there's a chance that it might not happen as well. :D Yes, I anticipate that Bitcoin will reach $100,000 for the first time on this bull run, but I'm also ready if the worst thing happens, and it will not reach it.

Bitcoin to go $100,000? There's a high chance that it will reach. Just by basing on history, you will see that Bitcoin's ATH jumped from $20,000 in 2017 to $69,000 in 2021. I'm not saying that it will be the same, but at least you can see that there's a chance that Bitcoin's ATH can double this bull run. Overall, I believe that it will be reached this time. 6-digit price of Bitcoin for the first time. :D

I have also thought about that, but it could be that things are happening like this for the mere fact that investors see that there is not much demand in that price range, I am sure that when they start to see demand or sales in a price range they will They are not going to continue promoting it because they know that they are going to lose money, so it could be said that they are testing that new price range, I am sure that the correction is coming, the important thing is to see how far the range that they have proposed is, that effort , the money they have put into the buillish market, they already have no idea that the market is at $73k there are many sales, otherwise I consider that it has been rising even more, but seeing how things are going, people are getting excited and starting to buy more bitcoin, because they know that even though it is a new ATH, it is not what it should be.

The ATH at $100k could be a great round number, but that's not enough, investors know what they're getting into and that can make the difference at all times.

Enough or not, it depends on the target that each trader has to achieve.
Personally, I'm aiming for an ATH of $100k++ and maybe more than that would be an amazing number.

This is like being the first stop to take some profit, don't be too greedy to be able to exceed the initial target that has been set.
Sometimes people don't take advantage of their profits.

I think many traders will feel satisfied when the price reach $100k. Many people will sell their Bitcoin at $100k because it is already above people's hope. Some people may sell a half of their Bitcoin, other people may sell all their Bitcoin. I think $100k is an expensive price already, it is enough to take profits with maximum amount of money.

You are right, sometimes greed can be very bad for making decisions with moderation, but it is because based on the fact that bitcoin always gives us so many surprises, the last ATH was surpassed but it was not with the forcefulness of when there is a great ATH, Generally things when there is a new ATH it is usually very high, it exceeds expectations, but the way things are going I think that this year will be very exciting, I just imagine the effect that the bitcoin ETF, the halving, and then by 2025 when the cycle for bitcoin can rise is supposedly fulfilled, a new ATH cycle will be fulfilled, that is something that sounds very cool, I don't know if I am speculating too much because things could happen differently but it would be great to see the bitcoini as a pass from $100k and continue on your way much further.

Sometimes if we understand that many traders will sell at $100k, it is normal, I think the most expected target is $100k.

Bitcoin never fails us to surprise on which it did really indeed give out that new ATH or break it out but its true that it wasnt that as great that we do expect but at least breaking it before halving
event does shows that the next leg would really be for sure that would be something more higher into which into those prices that we didnt expect or anticipate. We do know that these things usually happens after the halving on which breaking up all time highs kind of situations we do usually see this after but now it isnt. Now we are making some corrections which is normal
but the price is starting to cling up slowly but does show it does really tend to have some good pumps later on.

The truth is that I have a lot of hope about bitcoin, because there are many who have said that bitcoin can reach a new ATH of almost $250-$300k, I imagine what the Explosion will be When everything comes out of the halving, ETF approval effect, all of us are Witnesses The ATH of Bitcoin Surprises us , I see that there is a lot of expectation when it reaches $100k , but I see it when it was seen that it was going to exceed $20k, if we Remember When that Happened, bitcoin rose to more than $20k and gave one turn you have spent the $70k more than 3x, if the last ath was Approximately 73k, if we multiply it by 3x, it would give a value close to 210k, it is not bad, so it is worth any type of Speculation whatsoever in favor of investment.

ETF is just a news, nothing itself did any help if you ask me, the news and the rumors made people buy and that's all I think is the situation, nothing more. I get that it was something we waited for a long time, but it is a thing that will get us money on the long term, not really got in with anything that big to make it this big, I mean there would have to be 20-30 billion dollars going in, and we haven't seen that much, and I mean quickly during that bull run too, not like over time. In any case, people just invested because they are hyped, and I am fine with that, it gave us a good profit after all.

Yes Now Bitcoin is very popular. After US government approved Bitcoin spot ETF It's price increasing after bitcoin ETF approval. Because people are trusting Bitcoin Very much. So now Bitcoin's price increasing. And after some days Bitcoin halving will happen. I think after halving bitcoin price will go nore up. Now Bitcoin price is above $62k. And i am also agree with you i believe after halving bitcoin price will hit $100 k.

I very much agree with your motion, dude, it really is quite exciting what is happening, but what we must be very clear about is that these types of events should always be considered the best for us, we have a great opportunity so far and It is to continue there at all times watching the price of bitcoin to see if we can continue making the difference, if the price goes up, then wait, if the price goes down then it can be bought Better , because we do not know how much more it Will Increase and the more satoshis we Understand and Maintain, things will be more favorable for everyone , I believe that things will Always give good results if we do them well , and this is a Great Opportunity we have.

When we think about the Infinite upside Possibilities that bitcoin has , sometimes we don't Realize that this is a great opportunity for our future.

Yea, a lot of investors are expecting to see highest price bitcoin will hit after the halving to next year, amd it is possible for us to see 200k price, because the approval of Bitcoin ETF has a significant effect on the price in this circle. We say how bitcoin was able to create a new ATH be ore the halving, and that should make us expect a higher price after the halving. It is true that all investors want to see a higher price after they saw Bitcoin could hit $73,750 in 7 days ago. Most investors want to see Bitcoin price crossing $100k. I think it is still a realistic hope, but for $200k seems too high price for Bitcoin. Although the ETF market news bring big impact, the price seems difficult to increase to $200k. I personally won't set a target $200k, it is likely hard to reach in my own view.

The price of Bitcoin can touch $100k so there is a chance to reach the price of $200k. Even though it seems unlikely to happen, as long as there is good news that can trigger whales and global elites to enter cryptocurrency then there is a possibility that Bitcoin will become very expensive, considering the supply of bitcoin. will run out more and more every year.

If the price of Bitcoin hits $200K, it's unlikely that will happen. but the prediction that the price of bitcoin will touch $100K, in my opinion is still reasonable. Seeing the recent developments in bitcoin where more and more countries are accepting bitcoin for investment, I think the negative issue will decrease.

The price of bitcoin may reach $100k, but the time taken may take the next five years because currently the price of bitcoin has fallen again and it seems that it is increasingly difficult to increase the price of Bitcoin. Currently the price is quite high and if you already have Bitcoin, buy it when the price is cheap then you can immediately sell it before the price falls further.

At first glance, it is likely that people, both investors and traders, will sell to secure their capital, of course, whether all or half of their ownership. Just like the moment 2 weeks ago before the market correction occurred.

However, for BTC, although it only sounds as a prediction, I am very confident that BTC will be able to go even higher, whether it will exceed 100K or even above it, which is certain that Full believes this asset is indeed potential will not go to another heart.

In the coming bull run bitcoin making above 100k s not that difficult, but I have a concern and that is what I refer to as 'selling pressure'. If bitcoin hits 95k and getting to 100k, many Hodlers will actually have to withdraw their profits and if that pressure of withdrawal at that point is very high, it will hinder the price movement of bitcoin. Unless it happens at the apex of bull run when coins move without limitations.

Op, consider to edit your poll and add other options. Only one option should not be replicated.

Just because we had some small drops doesn't mean that we are going to stop going where we are going. I do agree that it looks like we may not be doing all that crazy, and that makes some people worry about the price but I am not worried at all because while we may have some hiccups along the way, I believe that we are going to 100k. It could happen this year as well, looking at the price right now, we are not that far away from 70k again, and I believe that when we peak at 70k, and we reach after the halving, the price will get a lot higher, and it could reach 100k before the year ends.

That's right, when the price of bitcoin can reach a new ATH at $95, of course many will sell it, including miners who have been collecting bitcoin for quite a long time. So far, the selling wall on bitcoin to penetrate the price of $100k is still quite high, requiring a lot of money. very much to achieve the targets that many people mention.

If Bitcoin reaches $95K many will sell it, you are right. because I saw several investors setting a target of $80K, including miner friends. But it is possible that if the price of bitcoin has reached $95K, many estimate that a price above $100K is not a difficult thing, it is still reasonable to achieve.

Bitcoin has already surpassed the ATh of last bullish season. Even though currently the conditions in March are quite crashing, still, Bitcoin will make a new ATH again later. Maybe it will drop a little again later after the Bitcoin halving, but after that, I personally believe in this, that BTC will print a new ATH again. And $100k is the most approachable target currently. However, we often hear bad news about Bitcoin. So they will continue to boast that BTC will be able to print its latest ATH again. But whether it will actually reach $100k or more or less, it really depends on market conditions afterward.

If the Op of this thread is still following this thread, he must have understood how powerful bitcoin can be by now. He made the post while bitcoin was around 44k and today bitcoin is around 60k having declined from the range of 70k. Which means the 100k OP is referring to is almost met even before halving and bull run. Bitcoin is a very powerful King, I didn't understand him so nicely but I am well informed now.

Maybe the OP already sold his bitcoin when it reached the ATH of $73K, so he already made a profit when he had bitcoin and made a post at $44K. For this season I see that bitcoin is showing good movement and is likely to soon reach the previous ATH, we should hold our bitcoin and wait for the top ATH to be achieved

It seems that what you said is appropriate and there is a possibility that the OP has sold his assets at the highest price of bitcoin this year, but this year there is still a long process, until the end of this year there may be potential to reach a price of $100k.

Bitcoin currently have good movement but keep slowly for raising to higher price, stuck under new last all time high price on $73k last month and bitcoin still dropping around $65k. I think need longer time to see bitcoin potential will raise higher price or get back again lower price.
Seems moment for bitcoin raise new ATH still waiting few months later, have been two months after last time ATH bitcoin get difficult to wake up and difficulty break above $70k. Around three months later its ideal moment needed to see bitcoin break out new ATH again?

That's right, now I see that the bitcoin price exchange has also collapsed again. It seems that increasing the price of bitcoin has become increasingly difficult, it can be seen that the price of bitcoin is always stable at $65k to $70k. If it is always like this it will make market conditions stagnant.

If it doesnt goes up then it goes down and vice versa. This has been that the condition that we are facing on this market on which there's no assurance on when it would really be able to hit up a particular price point but since we are speaking about $100k then this isnt something a too far off price as we do all know. We do hit up 70k on its ATH oh which 30k isnt really that too far off
in speaking about on reaching out that price point but the main question is on when? Of course everyone would really be eyeing this one on bull run market which it could happen anytime specially on post halving period.

$100K is not an overly ambitious target for BTC in this cycle, especially considering the strong recovery we've seen over the past year and BTC's new ATH before the halving, driven by momentum from BTC Spot ETFs. However, I believe that BTC price and the entire crypto market need to undergo a reaccumulation now in order to continue growing strongly and sustainably for the rest of the bullrun.

If we continue to surge to $100K right away in Q2 2024, I fear that the bubble will burst very soon and we will see an extremely short bullrun with limited price appreciation for many ALTs in the market. I hope we will have a boring Q2 & Q3 with BTC price while many ALTs will recover and create a huge crypto summer before BTC price continues to grow and conquer $100K in Q4 2024 or Q1 2025.

And $100K is not the biggest goal, I still expect $150K-170K for BTC in this cycle.

Base on how things is going , bitcoin is definitely going to surged above $100k for sure . Tho some slight dips may follow but still we can't actually tell that we should be ready for anything by having some good Bitcoin holdings in our portfolio. But one thing we should know for sure is that $100k ain't going to be the peak of this bull run we going to see something beautiful   ;)

I think it can be achieved, and the hope is that it will really be achieved in this bullish season. However, we can't guarantee it. Therefore, I myself would have carried out several strategic steps in taking profits. At least, it would have been worth it to do it at $80k to start with. And when the price of BTC actually reaches $100k, we can already make a profit of around 80%. This is a big dream for many people, in fact some predictions are that the target will be above $120k. However, I personally don't want to take too high a risk like before with very high hopes.

Its something which is inevitable if we do speak about potential high prices specially that we arent still on a bull run yet on which it would really be just that not too far if we do speak about $100k.

Come to check out on how far Bitcoin did able to reach out in terms of value on which this is something that no one had been anticipated or expected for it to reach it out.
This do really proves out that when it comes to potential then no one would really be able to know on where it would really be heading specially that demand and recognition
doesnt really stop but rather it keeps increasing as years passing by.

What's the risk you are talking about? As you said, all you need to do is strategize your selling targets and keep making a profit along the way so that you don't regret it in case the market starts crashing after reaching a certain point because you will have taken profits along the way and you are not holding everything you had. This way, you will have funds to buy back more and also have some assets to sell if the market goes up.

What is not a good idea is to keep holding even if Bitcoin touches $100k thinking that it will go to $120k or above because even if it does, you should at least take some profit when it is at $100k because the market is unpredictable and anything can happen.

Bitcoin price will touch 100 for sure but we have to be patient for time, whenever we move towards Bitcoin bull market 100 will be possible. Because the 2024 halving has taken place and there has been a lot of good news this year, the highest bitcoin price has touched is 71 due to the approval of the Bitcoin ETF. Up to 6K Dollars. That's why I think it's possible to invest at this time even if the price of Bitcoin is currently at 63K, because in the bull market of 2025, the price of Bitcoin is more likely to touch $200,000 than 180K.

I think you're most probably right, the ones who haven't invested in Bitcoin yet could invest in it right now because within 2 years I also expect Bitcoin's price to be above $100k at least. Those who may not invest in it right now may regret when Bitcoin's price reach $100k or more, and that's why I believe anyone who hasn't invested in Bitcoin yet should start investing in it right now.

Likely touched, not certain that it will. The majority of investors in the crypto space have a said price they are going to sell their bitcoin holding. Some will sell for $100k-$150k, and some will even sell above depending on their price target of what they think the price of bitcoin could reach in 2025. Whatever price one has at heart, let them not miss to sell some parts of their bitcoin holdings at a high price. It will be pathetic if, at the end of the bull run, one misses to sell some part of their bitcoin at a high price.
