The real problem with NEO is that it is called the Chinese Ethereum from the start and people pretty much attach the success of NEO to the regulation of ICO in China, I don't think NEO will have any chance until there is approval and official regulation of ICO in China.

For me between NEO and ETH I will stick to NEO because NEO price is lower and with a small funds of mine, that will give me more profit than the higher price of ETH. But if you have a lot of money, then ETH is also a good choice than NEO
