2024: The Year of ETF

BTC SPOT ETF has advantages and disadvantages, the advantages are in bringing more investors to the Bitcoin market and of course this will lead to the higher prices that everyone desires.

The disadvantages are the increase in the number of whales and large companies that control the Bitcoin market, and this may lead to increased volatility due to market manipulation. Also, this will bring more regulatory government interventions that try to contain crypto.

Without a doubt, it is something that we must accept and that we may have to make our decisions, but in view of this, adoption is a fact and Everything that is related to making things better, if they are completely fine, then this means that when we Are looking for improvements so that bitcoin is accepted, it is the 'most efficient way to do it, of course when we see that if the ETF is Approved this January 10, then things will be favorable and we will see a shot upwards, It is only the safest thing, of course that is what I can think, in case the price cannot go down, these are the things that can make the price rise this month, and then the price will look for its cause in case the price get off

but now things are very favorable, I'm just saying something, we just have to wait or better, the more they buy bitcoin is what can be recommended, or at least I can recommend that for now, because bitcoin is a safe Investment , and while it is in these approvals things will happen for the Better.

This Bitcoin ETF is a much-awaited moment for investors or anyone in the crypto world. because usually the effect is quite influential on the price of Bitcoin. we have experienced it before last season. if it is successful then the chances of Bitcoin surging significantly are quite high.

So here is how we respond to this because however there are still things we need to pay attention to when we invest in Bitcoin to reduce risk. At least we have to understand the Bitcoin cycle at moments like this and remain wise and not panic about selling or buying without basic calculations.

Anyone else is starting to get a bit nervous about the SEC not announcing anything yet? I don't think them waiting for the last moment is a good sign. Everyone seems to be taking the approval for granted and I understand why, but SEC has already proven they can do what they want.
Maybe a high-leveraged short position just before 10th is not a bad idea? Just thinking out loud.

As optimistic as I am and want to be concerning this whole ETF approval stuff or should I call it bruhaha, I still can not help but agree with you, the SEC seem to wild power of their own and like the previous government that ruled Nigeria, they can do anything they want regardless of court ruling or what the says or states is right.

And concerning opening an over leveraged short position before the 10th of this month, that could also be as risky AF, but still a good idea if a trader has a $30 to $100 he or she is ready to completely lose.

But on the other hand, the SEC could be keeping quiet for a reason though, and one of those reasons could be that, they don't want to be seen as manipulating the market, you and I will agree that all eyes are on SEC right now, and anything they say now that hints to the approval of the bitcoin spot ETF, will drastically drive the price of bitcoin up, and at the end, this could all turn out to be a "buy the rumor, sell the news" kind of thing, which to me, wont be good.

I'm sorry, have you seen how many times this news story has been manipulated already? There's absolutely no guarantee that tomorrow they'll say again: "We accept the ETF..." and a few days later, they'll say, "We reject the ETF, through a lot of mistakes." 

I think acceptance cannot be avoided, but how many more times this news will be manipulated is unclear. Also, how many more fake news will be made by the media. We'll wait and see, there's nothing to guess.

I won't call people who have invested in BTC as BTC lovers because most of them including me is in it because it ensures profits and it is king, and the chances of making a profit from it are higher than any other digital asset.

Talking about advantages, it has a hell lot of them like it will increase demand, and trust among traditional investors who still doubt BTC, and availability (it is already available all the time but still not in every country especially via banking system). It will increase BTC dominance and people will make 3 to 5x easily.

And talking about disadvantages, it can cause more damage to BTC, as BTC blockchain is not that scalable to handle that much adoption as transactions fee are already touching sky, it could effect the decentralization factor, those who will bought shares of the companies like BlackRock just because BR is backed by BTC must be idiot they should buy BTC directly not via some company, actually people are seeking extra insurance and safety as well.

I often see news on this topic, BlackRock and other companies have already met with the SEC in December... most likely there are already some agreements in place. I am convinced that sooner or later it will happen; there are many prerequisites for this. I am already anticipating the impact on the market with the positive news from the SEC. In any case, all we can do is wait and observe and, of course, react promptly to such news.

According to predictions and theory, ETF approval should have a positive impact on Bitcoin, but in the  fact after the ETF was approved, the price of Bitcoin fell.  This does not match predictions.  Although from what I read there are whales who sell large amounts of their bitcoins.

If bitcoin goes up to $ 45 K, I think It's just correction.
Bitcoin will recover again.

No one can give a correct prediction, even a very rich person will definitely miss, except for those whales who have a lot of money who often regulate the circulation of money in the world, so they have the potential to influence coin price movements. So far we have seen the effects of Bitcoin ETF approval, and nope there is no moon but instead the price dip to $39k. But this is just short term though, we should look at the long term of effect of ETF and maybe after the block halving, it could be considered as one of the factors that can sent the market into a bull run, so let's see.

And we all know who's who as far as Bitcoin ETF, this are big institutional investors and so I believed that the money will go inside this year and will push the market to 6 digits.

Do you think the big giants are just hoarding bitcoin for no reason? If you analyze their actions, they bought both at 50-60 thousand for 1 bitcoin and the whole period of the fall (up to 16 thousand).

Found, so interesting information, namely: Did you know MicroStrategy has sold 704 bitcoins in the past?

They sold 704 bitcoins on December 22, 2022 for tax purposes when they were valued at $16,776 and received $11,800,000 for them.

P.S. I wonder what happened that they decided to sell off the assets they bought so badly.

The Bitcoin ETF is approved in 2024 but has not had any impact on the current price of Bitcoin. A lot of investors invested their assets in Bitcoin because Bitcoin ETF will be approved. With only a small amount of bitcoin price increase, I assumed that the bitcoin price would increase significantly before the bitcoin halving took place. But no, quite the opposite has happened since the Bitcoin price experienced a massive downward spiral. But the year after the Bitcoin halving is most likely to see the highest increase in the price of Bitcoin.

But it is more perfect with ETF though so far we are still waiting if this is going to happen as after a month ? ETF is still now bringing  better effect to the market .

How long are we going to wait for that much  increase though today ? we are seeing some good movement , hitting 44k again and showing some points of this hitting 45k and above.
