I think , that's difficult for ontology overtakes NEO. Current NEO rank is number #29 and ontology number #70. It is too far to compare both. Maybe ontology popularity will increase with the time , So let's at the next 3 years again.

it makes no sense if neo overtaken ontology, the difference is still far away
