Anyone here who participated at the Waves Niva giveaway?
Apparently, the first winner failed to respond within 24 hours as indicated in the rule. What a chance!
I'm guessing the first winner was an alt twitter account and forgot to log in to check if he/she won ;D

Yes, I agree with your statement because there are so many who follow the Twitter and Facebook campaigns with fake accounts.
Then when giving away the account their account forgets to open and something happens as you mentioned.
Unfortunately, if I follow it, I will claim it in just a few seconds. ;D
