I do not understand why my account has been given a first strike. I would have been happy if it had been said a little more openly. What can I do to delete one. I don't think I made a big mistake.

Spammer => Users who are spamming the forum > need to stop spamming to be removed from group > all posts are moderated
Karma Abuser => Users caught abusing karma > lose ability to issue karma > karma issuance is revoked > posts are not moderated
Reporting Abuser => Users reporting a lot of posts without a good reason > lose the ability to report > posts are not moderated
We will tag these new users to be able to moderate their posts and limit their spam annoyance.
Suspicious Membership Groups

This is what you can do to punish low quality posters:

Well yes everyone deserves chances. This user has three choices. Lose points with appeal, pay in ALTS to avoid loss of points, or keep the strike.
The penalties you will initially face for shistposting varies:
- Negative karma (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=657.0) given to you by members of the forum as well as moderators
- The loss of points or rank demotion when sentenced by a judge in the forum court (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=154.0)
Repeat offenders who continue to shipost can be given:

That's good decision mate. As he is new user, he may face problem. Points plus Karma deduction will be soft punishment for him so that he can make himself more aware after taking lesson from it.

There is written how you should appeal and that you have to wait calmly for my reply, not to post multiple times this same and spam even here.
This is a forum court and as a forum Judge I fully trust our moderators and their opinions about strikes and any other penalties or limitations they give to members.
Moderators decisions are final and I will only review it when there is enough evidence or reasons provided.
You can ask for such review only if you have a solid reason or to ask for penalties removal in exchange for points but you haven't done this.
