I don't know much about this coin, but I see that it's notorious among users. What is wrong with Monero? Is it dangerous to invest in it?

Dangerous in what sense? Monero is probably the most anonymous coins out there and most expect it as the most used coin in the darknet because of that. That's not the case though according to some article

Is it good or bad for investment? That probably depends on you as an investor. Since you said that you are not familiar with this coin, I guess you shouldn't be buying them yet.

I think It depends you mate,  If you doubt about monero,  You should not invest in monero. You can invest in  other coin,  like bitcoin,  etheeeum,  ripple,  litecoin  etc.  I personally  still believe in monero.  Because I still hold my monero until today.

I think  monero cannot be hacked.  I have used monero to invest and I think  It is safe.  Monero is one of my favourite  coin and I invest in monero for several time in last year until now.  It is really  very  potential  coin and safe.  I think It will be more popular  again.
