Anyone can help? My tron wallet was hacked. someone hacked my private key and enabled owner and active permissions. I can’t do any activity on my wallet like transfer, update account and etc. If i doing something on my wallet, the response is “insufficient permission to ... operating another account need to be given the appropriate permission” . If that wallet is multi-signature, it means that you have set it up with more people, not that it has been hacked, therefore to access the funds, all those people must agree. Do you understand what I'm trying to tell you?. You have done nothing wrong by talking about Telegram, but if the information stays here, someone else could use it.

@PoorBeginner do you have a password, private key, or recovery phrase for that wallet?. I ask you because what you say is very strange, and there is no point in having a multi-signature wallet installed on one of your devices without having any kind of access to it. I think you are forgetting something.

Yup, i have my wallet private keys. But someone have my private keys too, so they change the owner/active permission (multi signature) by himself. So i can’t do anything to my wallet. Understand sir?

Have you safely stored those private keys or has someone else had access to them?. Or has someone had access to your devices? Because if you have stored your private keys insecurely, it could be because of that.

I think someone has get my private key, and change the owner and active permission. Idk he can get my private key, i never share my private key and i pretty sure really keep my private key confidential.

So the points now is, can y’all help me to solve/fix the problem to deactive/remove multisignature?

I don't have in-depth knowledge of Tron's multi-signature wallets because I've never used them. What I recommend is that you read the documentation of this type of Tron wallets to see if you can do something.

@poorbegineers  sorry bro , you can't recover your wallet because none can recover your wallet. So create a new one and save your private keys and others phrases in safe place and notebook.

However, from the information you have presented, I do not think that your wallet has been hacked.Maybe you have lost the interpretation of your wallet.Whatever we call backups or private ones, they need to be carefully stored in a safe place so that they can be used as backups later.
