How do I delete my post?

Hi, I'm curious about the ability to delete posts... and I also want this forum to have no fraud so that it can continue to develop healthily. Let's say someone, let's call them X, posts something bad like evidence of a scam. If X burns some ALTT Tokens to delete that post, wouldn't the forum be helping to cover up the scammer's wrongdoing?

Unless someone else quoted the post... If someone quoted it, it seems like that would still leave a trace, right?

or if you find it harder to delete your double post? just Modify the other one and leave it with the message "Please Delete Moderator/admin" in which given that it is just a double post or you wanted that to be deleted.
and also I don't think there will ever be an issue  if you double the post in same time  it may sound redundant but enough for others to read completely and understand your mean

You are right here, but I still think it is an additional unnecessary obligation for you and the moderators. Maybe it didn't look like that a few months ago when the activity on the forum was significantly less, now it is different and there is a tendency that there will be even more activities. The delete function is not really to remove your post completely. Your post has been moved to the Trash section, which contains all deleted posts, including those that are off-topic or have been reported. The posts you have reported to the moderator may still be visible in your post history, but the thread itself will be in the Trash section.

I just checked it and it has been moved to trash. That is nice but removing it from the entire system would have been better but the admin knows what he is doing so we can't question him and probably he kept it there for reference purposes so that there would be no disagreement without evidence. Wherever there is a disagreement between two parties then we can still go there and restore some trash threads or post for clarification to souse the tension of the argument. Thanks.

So it means if there is a way that we can see the history of deleted posts, then you will add the delete feature? Is that what you are saying, it means we need an archive where all the posts will be saved, and once that happened I think you are good to go. As people then can't scam by deleting posts, as you will have the history, or delete log, for that post and you can verify the scam case.

I hope some members from BTT can help you to make an archive, I know you must already know how to make one, but if the problem is with funds then that's another case. I hope funds will be collected. I think people might prefer to fund this forum ones they saw some roadmap to new features. What you think about it?

The system in this forum is not like in some other forums, here you have to have a special rank or at least be able to pay some money to the admin as explained at https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=63.0, at least you You must have the "Royalty" bedge to get the delete function on posts you have made, and from the information I read in that thread the fee for Royalty is 0.1 ETH or more.

I still don't get is on what can prompt a user to make a decision on deleting his post, this can only proof to us that such user might have been posting shits before or have something he wouldn't like to be made reference about, its something many would have been using the way they like since there's no condition for that, but since it comes with a requirement, anyone interested in such would have think twice before taking an action.

At the top of your post, on the right-hand side, you'll see a button called "Modify", just click/tap on it and edit your post.

At the bottom of the post you will see the day and time of the last modification.

If you are still having difficulty then you can ask for help from a moderator who has the right to delete posts that you have made, or you can also contribute with a certain amount to get access to delete posts that have been made, but if you don't want to do both then it is better to make writing corrections so that you don't need to delete posts that have been made.
