Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: What you think about Steller Price?
« on: November 07, 2018, 12:07:15 AM »
If you are correct, and the overall crypto market cap is multiplied by 10, your math should be current price * 10, given that we have no insight into which coins will rise and fall over the coming years.

Stellar Forum / Re: The deferences between Stellar and Ripple
« on: November 07, 2018, 12:05:25 AM »
It’s unclear whether there are live payments on Ripple yet — larger banks tend to be a much more conservative batch, and it’s possible that some will branch off to build their own technology and networks.

Stellar Forum / Re: Why does stellar and ripples have similarities?
« on: November 07, 2018, 12:02:47 AM »
This split led to the creation of a new and philosophically distinct entity that has numerous differences from Ripple. Stellar claims to have fixed some of Ripple’s existing problems (Ripple disputes this), but ultimately the riff seems to be about overall vision as much as anything.

“Accessible to anyone with a Blockchain Wallet, the first batch of recipients will receive their lumens, Stellar’s native digital currency this week – for free,” said the company in a statement.

Litecoin Forum / Re: Litecoin vs Other crypto?

Litecoin’s usability is what puts it ahead of other altcoins and competing with Bitcoin for the market share. People use it for standard blockchain-related procedures, such as lifting a smart contract, but it also has the capability, technologically speaking, of being used as currency, in the way of fiat money.

Litecoin Forum / Re: How to earn litecoin?

I personally recommend using a KeepKey Bitcoin Wallet to do this because not only does it hold LTC but it also seamlessly integrates with Shapeshift so you can easily trade between 5 currencies without the need to create usernames/account.

Measured by market capitalization (or the amount of currency on the market), litecoin is the third-largest cryptocurrency after bitcoin and XRP. Litecoin, like its contemporaries, functions in one sense as an online payment system. Like PayPal or a bank’s online network, users can use it to transfer currency to one another.

Litecoin Forum / Re: Litecoin faucet??

Moon Litecoin depends on the revenue from displaying adverts. If we detect that you have blocked adverts or they aren't showing up in your web browser then we will prevent you from making a faucet claim. This screenshot shows the positions of the adverts that we are currently displaying (highlighted in red). If any of these adverts are not showing then there must be something blocking them on your browser/device. This may be an ad-blocking browser plug-in or extension - if so, please disable your ad-blocking browser plugin/software or add this page to the exception list

Litecoin Forum / Re: Purpose of litecoin

I can reasonably understand what the project is progressing towards and what the community's priorities are. With Litecoin I have not been able to get a clear answer. People seem to describe its differences over Bitcoin today rather than what the project is trying to accomplish. As Litecoin scales there are going to be engineering tradeoffs, and without a clear vision of what this project is trying to do or be I have no idea what decisions will be made.

On 2019 Ripple may heavily boost its price. We assume as high predictable a mass adoption of this cryptocurrency next months. We expect on 2019 a Ripple rise with a strong capitalization and consequently a concrete value per coin increase.

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: Time to Buy XRP?
« on: November 06, 2018, 11:43:06 PM »
Finally, the Chief Technology Officer of Ripple, Stefan Thomas, has said that in 2018 there will be a “big push on XRP.” For years, Ripple has kept a relative silence in expressing the superiority of XRP. I expect the price to rise as high as $40 and as low as $15.

Ripple Labs has now invented a blockchain-based protocol to replace Swift. If it is introduced nationwide, it will replace Swift and all its disadvantages. The need and interest of the banks is there and it’s significant.
