Solana Forum / Re: Solana Year 2024!!
« Last post by enwi on Today at 05:03:10 AM »
Considering that Solana has experienced an unprecedented rise from $10 to $250 within a year, if the current price is used as a starting point to reach $300, it might not be difficult for Solana.
Especially now that many people are easily influenced by the aphorisms of others
Don't forget, there's a concept called a HYIP. Today there is interest in sol - tomorrow it is gone. In this regard, it's best not to get emotional = jump to conclusions. Alas, most investors (precisely through emotional co-creation) - lose their funds.

P.S. Try to approach investments with a sober head. And by don't listen to the advice of others, in terms of investing. Shifting responsibility to others is bad.  8)
That's right, when you want to invest, you have to do deeper research and pay attention to the graphic patterns that occur on the exchange. When the price is too high, it's better not to enter because usually we will be trapped at high prices.

Meme coins for any blockchain (except Bitcoin) are like rocket fuel and if they disappear then the development of many blockchains will greatly slow down the development process in terms of increasing capitalization and value of coins, I’m not sure that this will ever happen but yes, without them it would not be very good .
It is natural that meme coins are very risky, because from the start meme coins were created just for fun. Don't ever expect too much profit from investing in meme coins, but if you have the courage to invest then that is your decision, because every human being has different economic conditions.

I think that only the very first meme coin was created purely for entertainment; everything else that was created under the name meme coin was just such a step to attract attention, and since such meme coins always have very large graphs, many people buy just because of this projects It’s easier to create a meme token than to create a real coin because you can earn a lot more from it.
In my opinion, the first meme coin that was created was Dogecoin, but because Elon Musk has started to provide full support, the developers are trying to create a new meme coin and hope to also get support from Elon Musk.

This bill was co-authored by SBF's brother!!! What a painful and ridiculous thing at the same time, :P and also a number of old Democrats who probably don't understand anything about technology and still live in the corrupt era of central banks, but unfortunately they are in control.

They really know that it is difficult to isolate the mixed Bitcoin because when this mixed Bitcoin enters the CEXs how can it be isolated from the clean Bitcoin? On the other hand, can they assure us that every dollar bill is a clean bill that has not been used by criminals before?

There seem to be a standstill in the recent crypto market as investors patiently awaits the bull run. However, I can clearly point out that there are numerous ways to explore crypto projects especially before they get listed on exchanges. It's something I intentionally explored like taking part in token presales, airdrops, Pre-Market trading as well as Launchpool and Launchpad events on crypto exchanges.

I'm amazed at the different user centric and frictionless lending protocols available that's helping to onboard the masses into the DeFi space.

Imagine ZeroLend that's currently trending is a lending protocol within the zkSync ecosystem, their poist for transparent and secure borrowing and lending of digital assets makes for my amazement how blockchain is alternating traditional finance. It makes me think about the Future of blockchain. Will BlockChain ever replace traditional banks?

I think both can coexist together, Blockchain can't replace traditional banking imo not now probably in the future. Though Blockchain could make traditional banking more efficient & more secure. Couldn't find much about Zerolend, but I found it trading here. Is this the project?
~

That's it! Well, you have a point there, traditional bank may not replace the traditional bank for now but I guess it's a possibility for the future. You seem to have followed the project, right? It's worth looking at.
No. There's no way that it will happen. There's no possibility that it will happen. There's no reason as well.
I saw the project already, and the project isn't that different from other lending protocols that has been there for quite some time. Also, I got some tokens from the airdrop.

Do you think that authorities will allow this to happen? Do you think that the government will allow this to happen? TBH, I don't see any valid reasons as to why people always think that traditional banks will be replaced. Like what others said, they can both coexist together, but I don't see traditional banks being replace now, in the next 10 years, in the next 50 years or maybe in the next 100 years.

Lending platforms in cryptocurrency will remain as an alternative way for those who know how to use it to borrow some money. Not all knows how to use it especially those old people who find borrowing in banks more comfortable. Also include the fact that in terms of trust, traditional banks are more trustworthy (for others) compared to these lending platforms. Overall, it will not be replaced, but an alternative way would be better and that's why these lending platforms exists.

Maybe this is the reason why they are now more aggressive  in occupying other countries territory specially in Water part making them the most hated country in their region now.

this is also the reason why they wanted to  take control of West China Sea to control the ocean business sector . shame on them.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin: The Most Beautiful Currency in the World
« Last post by Faisal2202 on Today at 04:49:32 AM »
Aside from the many things why Paolo Ardoino called Bitcoin as such, what do you think can be your own reasons why Bitcoin is something beautiful today and in many years to come?
Paolo might be talking about the ETF adoption and how halving has impacted the price of BTC in a positive manner. But still, he might be talking about other features at technical levels, like Runes maybe. And he must say such thing about BTC, because when one BTC is mined, the equal amount of USDT are minted by the company that paolo owns so it means more market cap and more trading volume thus more funds in bag tagged as "Profit bad"

He might be talking about how he won the hearts of people and outperformed all of our expectations. Well, IMHO, I think BTC is beautiful because its decentralized and can be accessed anywhere in the world just with the help of a mobile and internet. It makes lives more easy. We can send funds from one country to another even without paying huge taxes. We can easily convert it into fiat via P2P. The demand is what keeping its price alive. If there would be no demand then there would be no price of it. It made many people rich in shorter period of time, that gold or any other type of asset might not do that.

By taking taxes from crypto transactions, it shows that the government has accepted the presence of crypto, although not completely. Because we can't use crypto as a payment method yet, but it is possible that the government will allow it in the future.
I know taxing crypto transactions may actually portray some level of acceptance or recognition, but that actually doesn't mean they they've fully accepted crypto, let alone allowing it to be adopted as a method of payment, i believe the only reason they're showing somewhat level of interest and acceptance is simply because they're also benefiting from every transaction.

The government are only motivated to tax crypto transactions simply because they're also sharing the profits offered by cryptocurrency, rather than fully adopting and accepting it as legal tender.
As a matter of fact, the government taxing cryptocurrency transactions could actually be a their own method or technique to gain control over the market and try to regulate what happens there in every possible way they can.

Diversifying your portfolio is very important, but it depends on the assets you want to diversify into. In my honest opinion, i think diversification is when you buy BTC and i.e. gold or real estate. BTC and altcoins are linked to one another, and the price of altcoins move when BTC price moves, so it may not be best for diversification.
You can't compare crypto diversification with real world asset. It's true that other coins move when BTC moves but sometimes, they do move in their own accord whether BTC moves or not.
remember also that most of coins moving when bitcoin going in other side means either being manipulated or just in demand .

Ok, from the list of coins I mentioned above, I remembered buying BGB at 0.5 then I don't know how it will be since an exchange token. From that amount I bought it, it rose to 1.3 having 5 consecutive ATH.
well that is good to hear mate , 5 consecutive All time high? what a great movement from that coin.

Mind you, there were times BTC was falling but regardless the coin kept going up. This is also applicable to other alts. Remember Sol push similar thing from $14 to 170 not minding BTC's movement
maybe its SOLANA's time to shine then so they made a increase actually not just 170$ but more than 200 instead .

How to grasp the opportunity as Japan ended its negative rate policy?

Japan ended its negative interest rate policy
On March 19, 2024, the Bank of Japan announced it would raise interest rates for the first time since 2007, moving off its first-ever policy of negative rates that it began using nearly two decades ago to boost the economy. The Bank of Japan increased its overnight borrowing rate for banks to a range of between 0 and 0.1%, from minus 0.1%. Backed by the April policy meeting and economists' poll, it indicates another interest rate hike in 2024. This policy change is not only of interest to Japan's economic condition but has spillover impacts on a number of sectors.

How has it influenced the markets?
The BOJ's seismic policy shift will resonate across financial markets. The economy will have to adjust after having interest rates held down at low levels by negative rates for so many years. Here are the main affected markets.

•   Currency markets: Japan’s new policy has been affecting the weakness of its currency. the Japanese Yen plunged dramatically and hit a 34-year low against the US dollar on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. In the forex trading industry, huge market volatility has been witnessed by the investors in the past few weeks.
•   Stock market: Higher interest rates would raise the cost to business of borrowing money, which would in turn reduce corporate profits and result in lower stock prices. Investors who have an excessive allocation to Japanese equities might witness a decline in the value of their holdings.
•   Bond Market: Fixed income is very interest rate-related. Yields on Japanese government bonds are expected to rise from their extremely low levels under “yield curve control”.

Moreover, this change in policy will also have a significant impact on real estate, consumer expenditure, insurance, pension funds, etc. With a view to planning a fresh rate hike, this is likely to carry a huge impact in the long-term.

What can we do as investors?
With substantial changes taking shape across global financial systems, all investors would be wise to evaluate their portfolios carefully. The individual holding in the portfolio should be scrutinized for those that have exposures to Japanese markets or currency fluctuation. Reinvestment in Japanese bonds or other fixed-income securities can bring attractive yields under today's rate policy. Further, the weakening Yen of Japan is potentially creating opportunities in the forex market for those trading in highly volatile pairs like USDJPY, which could bring exponential returns. Ultimately, any investment decisions should be along the lines of a risk profile and goals.

For investors looking for opportunities in forex trading, partnering with a reliable broker can make things easier. JRFX is an online regulated broker offering a wide range of trading instruments, including currency pairs like USDJPY, CADJPY, GBPJPY, and many others. Zero commissions and competitive spreads, combined with 24/7 customer support, makes JRFX indeed one of the best choices among many for global investors.

Meme Coins / Re: Top MEME Coins For 2025
« Last post by LogitechMouse on Today at 04:31:55 AM »
Please share your thoughts on the upcoming Meme coin Pump for the mentioned coins, as how much they will pump?
2x-3x at least.
These are meme coins, and meme coins are... I don't know but a bit attractive towards the investors because they believe that they will get higher profit when they invest into it. I don't know if it's just me, but that's what I think about meme coins.

Out of the options that you shared, I picked PEPE, but all of them will pump during the bull market (maybe except for BOME). I believe that they will double or maybe triple in price during the bull run, and after that, they will become worthless in the future. WIF might be the next meme coin that will stay on the top 100 because it's the second meme coin under Solana blockchain (BONK being the first and currently now on top 100), but maybe not. :D

Overall, I will not touch these meme coins in the bull run, and if I will, I might spend a few dollars on them and keep holding until the bull run.
