Will Bitcoin reach 80k before April 30 2024?

You have a lots of support from the votes because majority of the voters chooses no but for me its still MAYBE as there are still 2 weeks to go and the halving will come before 30th comes and we saw how many crazy movement from this market this year specially from the SPOT ETF effect.
so there are still something we can expect with how the market showing us .

Currently the halving has occurred and it seems there is still no good information for Ethereum, hopefully Ethereum will soon be accepted into the ETF so that the altcoin season will reach soon. This will probably be the determining factor for when the altcoin season will occur.

With the way things are right now in the cryptocurrency market, there is a big chance that Bitcoin will be moving sideways in the remaining days of April, therefore it would be so hard for it to soon be at the $80K gate. There is a mixed signal coming from many ETFs so we can't expect an avalanche of new demand coming from it, maybe in the next few months things can be a little different. However, I am expecting that there can be a big surge for Bitcoin in the last quarter of 2024, or so I believed. As old crypto believers in the market, we all know that Bitcoin can be a very unpredictable beast and even the beast prediction can be thrown to the trash anytime...so let's wait and see what can be.

Now that we are only 7 days until the end of the month, it is very likely that the price will not reach $80k, and as things stand at the moment, it seems that it will be a big challenge to reach even $70k. For those who follow ETFs inflows recently, they have noticed that funds have been buying practically nothing for the past twenty days, so although it seems that something is happening in the last few days, it is far from the pressure that existed a month or two ago.

I wonder if the investors were just betting on the halving and now they got cold feet when they saw that nothing important actually happened?

A little bit of recovery is good, but it is clear now that we are not going to get it within the next week. We should realize that we are going to face a lot of trouble, and should be considering that as reality now. I get that people wanted a lot of action on the halving month, but if you check the previous ones you will see that we have missed our chances last time around as well, so its not really a weird situation that we are missing this one as well. We will do a lot better when the time permits, we just need to wait, but not during this month, this week will be a decent week, but not that great for sure.

I think for Ethereum to move together sequentially with Bitcoin, it need to have a driven force that will make people to create a hype around it just like the way Bitcoin does have people around it with halving history that after the block reward get halve, the Bull run do began bit right now, there is nothing right now bullish on ethereum.

Perhaps the team might have one they have set already for the bull run and they have not just inform the public, they don't want people to use it to buy rumor but the community need it to get to 10k to make Ethereum bullish like the journey of Bitcoin history.

The price of bitcoin seems to be remaining stable at the figure you mentioned, the sell wall at $70k is already very large. There are at least 300 Bitcoins that must be sold quickly to break through the resistance at that price. If calculated using USDT, it requires quite a lot of money, around 20 million USD to pump to a price of $70k.

The month of April has not been too unfair. This is because it got some green and red as well. But at any point in time the price wasn't stagnant. It's moving on either directions. 70k is possible but not 80k

One whale making a purchase and we are passed that mark. 

You are right though, it's not easy for just retail investors to invest that much money in such a short period unless there is a large purchase from an industrial investor or maybe an unknown whale or something unlikely but possible. We never know, a company such as MicroStrategy might add to their stack and buy some more before the bull run hits the market.

Bitcoin has been pretty stagnant lately, mostly because people aren't buying with open arms as there isn't much movement and maybe there would be more money flowing in once Bitcoin shows some positive movement soon.

This month almost reaches the end, the price is unable to return to $70k again. I don't know if Bitcoin price may increase again in the near future. But honestly I really doubt that Bitcoin price to have another pump. I think until the end of this month, we will only see Bitcoin price around $63k - $65k.

And now that there are only 3 days even 70k looks to be a dream.
Every 10k added to the price means an additional 5 million in invested needed each day just to offset the coin production, on top of that people liquidating and profit takers and the amounts needed start to become really demanding.

I think most of the growth was not due to increasing demand but more because of diminishing supply, as more and more decided not to part with their coins at a certain price, but that can't go on forever, I don't expect a fast bull run and more like a slow growth as cash out after cashout will be slowly bought by the market..

No the price won't moved as they expected rather it would come at the expected time which you can't predicts when it would happened but as a long term trader or investor you should how the market works or maybe how the bitcoin halving operates, even though this year has seems to change the history of bitcoin by seeing ATH before halving, this doesn't change anything just that it was because of some positive effects that occurred on bitcoin which makes it to appear this way.

With the current price of bitcoin at 63k+, I don't think that it will be possible for us to see 80k in two days time. We have just experienced the halving, and the price of bitcoin will remain like this for some months before we can begin to see a pump in price based on history, but nobody knows what will happen next. I hope to see 80k maybe June.
