But the problem lies within CZ who is having problems with the various regulations provided by the SEC.

I want to agree with you but with CZ in US custody, that will be hard to achieve because there is high chance of him been guilty by April and will be sent to prison. If this finally happen, we all know that BNB will find it hard to pump because there is a an agitation by the senators to monitor Binance for the next 5 years incase there is any criminal activities just like they fine them $4B for the first case.

But if CZ is free by the month of April, that alone is enough to give BNB a boost to move to $500 because by then halving would be done and it is going to be Altcoins season that time, it will even be a catalyst to move other coins due to how influencing CZ is in crypto community.

The lawsuit was successfully settled by Binance thanks to the 4B USD, Binance Global is operating normally and we have many new projects such as Alt, Pixel, Xai... to participate and invest in the new cycle.

It is true. Binance has a regular program to burn the supply of BNB. This is very sure to make the value of BNB increasing constantly. However, it is not easy to determine how much the price of BNB in the future. During this year (2024), I just assume it may be around  $600 - $700. $1000 is still to high for the price in 2024.

I like how Binance supports the BNB token price by using CEX profits to burn a portion of BNB tokens from the market, which further increases the scarcity of BNB over time. At the same time, the ecosystem of BNB chain is also being supported very well with many new projects being introduced to the community through launchpad & launchpool services on Binance CEX.

Surprisingly, I saw $600 yesterday. The other incident occurred sometime last year when the crypto market was in a bearish state. BNB was actually $100 around that time.
