Documents are used as NFTs basically to ensure safety and security. While this is a unique way to look at NFTs it is also quite a reasonable way to use them. These NFTs can be listed on several NFT marketplaces and at the same time take on the role of a phygital NFT too. With that being said using NFTs as documents will provide a faster and more flexible way of buying and selling physical assets too. How? By simply taking the phygital route!
