This way you get hurt again and again. So whenever you have to invest, invest a small portion of your portfolio. So even if the market goes down, you have your portfolio. Never trade on emotions. Calculate well and then invest in it.

Juld and Dego have a lot of potential in the future, don't regret it later. I still remember selling cheap for tokens like Cake, Bake, UNI, Lon and now the price exceeds expectations. If you don't need money fast, I suggest holding them is worth it.

Yes i have many tokens in past that i sold out bcoz the price of these are are not going up but when i see these tokens now they are going very well. So now i decided to hold for long
