ADA is best I think. Popularity of ADA cardno are increasing. Now ADA is very popular coin in cryptocurrency market. It's position in top ten in cryptocurrency market. Xlm is also good coin. But I think ADA is best. It's volume increasing day by day. Investors and traders are choosing ADA for trading and long term hold. So I think ADA is best from xlm.

Better about what ? I think you should explain the difference of XLM and ADA.
In my opinion ADA is more popular than XLM, Cardano rank is number #5 and XLM is number #30.

cardano coin is way ahead of xlm. Even the CEO of cardano made a very assertive statement that they are better than bitcoin. I don't agree that these two altcoins are not very good for long term investment because so far the price of XLM seems to be collapsing slowly. Cardano also shows not too much price movement. I recommend putting all assets into Ethereum, because in my opinion the one that has pretty good price movements is Ethereum.

Maybe you should visit this post of yours because it seems to be contradicting , you mentioned that YOU DONT AGREE that THIS IS  NOT VERY GOOD FOR LONG TERM INVESTMENT but in the ending of your post you wanted  to transfer their investment in ethereum meaning that you agreed that those are bad coins and must not be for long term investing instead.
