I hope you can come here and update the development of your offer, your offer looks good but on Publish0x you can publish your article and you get paid for posting your article, and on Medium they offer posting of articles and you are allowed to get a dedicated page for your article,
if you're going to offer Guest Blog Contributors you should post your blog stats so they will know what they are getting by proving free content to your platform.
Your platform should be popular to get a lot of contributors because there are platforms that are more popular and pay people to contribute.
