Title: USDC Polygon Not Showing Up in Crypto.com Wallet
Post by: Scott Spohrer on November 10, 2023, 08:11:18 PM
I sent USDC Polygon from Trust Wallet to Crypto.com wallet and it didn’t show up even though it says Successful.
I am reading that Crypto.com no longer accepts USDC.e which I think is the problem.
Is there anyway to get it back to Trust wallet or is it gone?

Your problem is very complicated and i'll a give you motivations , patient !

-You don't read first for address deposit from blockchain Polygon Matic for USDC
-Every coin sent to CEX address with not support , definitelly not credited and Loss.
-In the future , you should first check rules of CEX , because Crypto.con is CEX with full regulations for Users.0

+Crypto.com is Centralized Exchange , i think you shoould try to contact Service from Cryptocom.com.
+Maybe, if Crypto.com have a good news , your asset will be refund to you Trust Wallet.

I don't want to assume anything but the wrong cryptocurrency sent will definitely not come back to us.
For example, if we send Polygon USDC tokens to smart contracts, the USDC will definitely not come back to you. Ypu should carefully with crypto.
Moreover, you send USDC tokens to crypto.com and crypto.com does not support the Polygon Matic blockchain, your money will definitely not be transferred to your wallet. Oh My God!

Btw, how much your funds sent to wallet crypto.com ?

I'm not a crypto.com user, but if the wallet owned by the OP is a wallet that can export the key, then the USDC can be found via the polygon explorer. What the OP needs to do is import the crypto.com wallet to another wallet, for example to trust wallet. because as far as I remember, the ETH wallet address can be used for all EVM wallets. CMIIW

If what you mean is an exchange wallet, then you can contact the admin.
I have never used the wallet you mean, you can also provide transaction details such as what blockchain network you use.

It's actually too difficult, but try talking to customer service, I've done the same thing, but not at crypto.com. In one of the exchanges, it also took 24 working days for the funds to be returned to the original wallet,
But if it comes back, make it a valuable lesson to always double-check the smart contract for the coins you want to send to your new wallet

Can the wallet from Crypto.com for the personal wallet type be exported for the private key?
If it can be exported then please try moving it to Safepal or Trust Wallet, because if you export the Private Key it should be detected for USDC from the Polygon Matic network.
If it can be exported then check again on Polygon scan, has the USDC entered your wallet or not?
If not then wait for confirmation of each transaction, if it has been entered it should be in the Safepal wallet after the private key has been exported.

Is it true?
Your case is quite heavy in my opinion and this is to be my buyer for the future.

Can you explain what your case is in exchange?
What token do you send so you have such mistakes?
For 24 hours what did the customer support do to you? Do you feel panic and nervous?
For me this is the problem too because until this moment I have never done anything like this in various tokens, including transactions in the token in the Polygon/Matic coin network.
