I really hate recommending something with a ref link. If you want to do the member a favour pn them, but do not recommend using a ref link. So I love that rule, many other crypto forums just became a spam station for ref links.

hello admin how about promoting website link in this section General Discussion like this one http://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=8058.0 and this one http://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=7912.0 is this ok or consider as spam
