There are three basic motives of investment which are to be held into property considerations before one starts up an investment, and they are ;
1. Safety : before thinking of investment your money, safety is a key factor to consider, in order not to loss part or all the  money you invested. So safety precautions must be observed before investment.

2. Income : This is also a key factor to be considered before thinking of investment, you must consider your income, so that with time your business or investment will not diminish, because growth is a common goal in every business.

3. Capital gains

Though there are other motives or objectives that should be kept in mind, but from the definition of investment we will understand the basic motives and also how it helps if we consider them properly before investment.
Investment is an asset acquired or outlayed to with the primary aim of building wealth and saving money from the hard earned income or appreciation. Investment meaning is primarily to obtain an additional source of income or gain profit from the investment over a specific period of time.

It takes a lot of study to determine whether an investment is legitimate, and even if it is, you should not waste your money. Investments are not easy to make. You also need to understand the industry you are investing in. Prior to making any investments, you should think about a number of factors, including your desire to make money down the road.

Drugs are bad for your health, mental and emotional, and they make bad decisions. I must say that I prefer alcohol over drugs.  Drug usage has driven many people insane, and it has also caused some people to ruin their families.  Avoid using drugs if at all possible.  I enjoy consuming alcohol since it has the ability to relieve the fatigue I experience from work every day and improve my quality of sleep. You may be at a lower risk of developing heart disease or cancer.

Kapag nagbibigay sila ng Karma, mababawasan ang kanilang puntos, kaya natatakot ang iba.May mga taong ayaw masapawan ng iba kaya't hindi sila nagbibigay ng karma at ayaw nilang umunlad ang iba.Dapat nga tayong mga Pilipino ay magtulungan upang umunlad at hindi dapat nating balewalain ang isa't isa.Dapat nating tularan ang ibang lahi na nagtutulungan.

I'm also afraid of getting negative karma, I know I'm not the only one.  even if we follow Rules/guidelines and even though you did nothing wrong, there are other people who don't like your post, or don't like yours.we don't even know who will give us negative karma because there are no mechanics in the forum to know who is giving.  that's why we're just being careful with what we post so that no one gets offended. I hope I don't get negative karma now and in the future
