I won't bash it since i never used it, but let me tell you this golden rule:
" Stick to the old, famous exchange mate ", thee is no reason to make you put your assets into any exchange that is not mass adopted YET or newly launched (full of bugs may be).
You can always try it if you have some assets that you want to trade them & that exist only there, but with small amount of money though, the amount you can afford to loose.

So yeah, Nem is doing great job into this matter.

I remember the announcement about it & how that affected the whole crypto market & even the ones that never heard of crypto started to look into it.
Libra would be great with the first version that Mark wanted, but now they started to make it as hard as possible for it to become reality since they fear it replace their banks, which is something they can afford. Even Trump itself said it honestly " if you wanna make your own coin, make your own bank " something with this meaning referring to Libra & Mark dream.

It's hard to see that in the mid term buddy (2 - 3 years from now).

Only cenario this may happen when a new promising blockchain take over Etherum Dapps, meaning the Etherum Dapps stat to migrate to this new promising blockchain, that way we may see a new coin taking the 2nd place of the biggest Market Cap instead of Etherum.
