Hold ETH or invest in ERC-20 tokens?

As we have seen, ETH price has hovered around the $200 threshold since mid-2019. The COVID-19 pandemic or BTC halving does not impact too much on ETH price. I am wondering between keeping ETH in my wallet or using ETH to participate in some potential ICO/ERC-20 tokens.
ETH 2.0 is coming. Will projects on the Ethereum platform have a lot of changes after this major update? Are they technically outdated? What should I do: hold, invest now or continue waiting for the arrival of ETH 2.0?

Investment is always for the future it is a matter of choice weather to invest or not depending on what you are looking at the moment , if one begins to analyze the situation on grand I don't think anybody should even invest in any project currently because of fear and doubt, basically for this periode of pandemics.

I see your hard work and inspiring participation in different campaigns.
I think, the payment you will be receive from bounties be your ERC-20 holdings. In addition, I see also that you are one of the potential members here, and of course you will join in potential project.

Holding Ethereum is better than holding or investing Erc20 tokens. Investing in Ethereum has more surity to recovery profits but some Erc20 tokens have no possibility to recover its investment price. Some shitcoin never appear in bull run.

I think it's better to HOLD Ethereum than investing in other altcoins. Because if you HOLD Ethereum you will have less risk than investing in altcoins.

Personal chose to hold eth because soon the team will launch ETh 2.0 and that is a gread upgrade, transition will be very fast and the time between phases will be short,introducing Sharding for improve Ethereum’s efficiency and ability to scale ,staking program etc.the future for ETh look nice.

Etherium is really a good Coin if you store a good amount of Etherium as a long-term investment .
Sometime I see ERC-20 tokens losse it's value while they're start Their jounery in Crypto market .

Thanks for the advice, do you think ETH 2.0 with the advantages of POS & Shardings could open up a new page for Ethereum? In your opinion, can Ethereum price surpass $300 by the end of this year?

This is totally depends on what's goal you set . I mean I was purchased Etherium is on $150  , I just want to hold Etherium till it's price didn't touch $1K USD . I sure Etherium easily got it before end of 2023 .

Holding is the best way becasue if we hold the coin and the coins make high at the bull time then we make huge profit in the market and i hope so that now the ETH coin market is going to be high so much at this time bull and it will touch the almost 10,000$ of value each coin.

This is not good time to invest in ERC 20 tokens because lot of projects don't survive in this crypto market situation so too difficult to find which is the best projects but Ethereum holding is good decision to earn money because in future ETH will rise .

Hold Ethereum, if from 2019, until now still withhold Ethereum, I think you are now getting profit. Since mid-2019, from Ethereum slowly rises, i.e. until now.

Investing in the ERC-20 platform, I think it is very risky. Even in the midst of this pandemic many ERC-20 projects experience delays.
