You can assume anything. What do you think can happen to the company and to the coin in the market if they started having problems with the SEC? XRP now in number 7 position in replace of 3 where BNB now dominating. I think BNB there stay long time because there marketing strategy is very good. But we can not neglected XRP as its also one of the most potential coin in market from long long time. I must say to buy and hold XRP for long time investment.

It is difficult to maintain the 3rd position of XRP because Altcoins like BNB also have many good developments happening to their platform like Binance is burning 2% of all BNB tokens every 3 months which is very good for token velocity. It is also the biggest crypto exchange, making up 30% of all the volume in the entire crypto industry. So for me, if XRP will succeed against SEC lawsuits, it will maintain a good position in the market.
