With regards to the subject matter, I would only go with BNB. BNB has shown its stance in the crypto market as a force and has continued to grow in popularity as well because it is the native coin for the Binance exchange and the exchange itself is currently rated as the top exchange with fewer fees too. SO BNB is a good Buy.

I agree with, If we re to buy one altcoin today, I will choose BNB.
BTC and Ethereum is expensive.
BNB price is still undervalued for the coin that have exchange and smart contract platform.
I think hold BNB is good way to do, it's good for long term investment.
BNB will touch more 1K USD at the coming years

I will follow the metaverse project. So far there are 3 best project metaverses that I researched. they include: the sandbox, Decentraland, and Axie infinity. I've played axie infinity games, but I think two of them don't have the famous metaverse that is booming right now is axie infinity games. $SAND and $MANA are great options for the next boom.

One should not blindly faith in anyone's advice generally people will tell you the coin's name that they hold in their wallets So one should do due diligence properly. At present I would say Matic, Ada & WPP is the best option seems to me but we all have diff-diff perceptions so you can research these coins before taking any decisioin.
