I agree with you, this war must stop for whatever reason.  I know Ukraine is not really a worthy opponent of Russia, and Russia could destroy Ukraine in an instant. Ukraine is strong because it is supported by NATO Member States, but I want this to stop immediately. Stop the war!

Crypto is hostile and expected to be banned, controlled and censored from the start. That's exactly why we have a decentralized Blockchain and why Nakamoto was anonymous(another dev creating similar digital money got put into jail). So it's impossible to shutdown/ban.

The worst thing a government can do is ban it in their own country and have the same effect as if they ban weed in their own countries. You're not really stop people from using it, just pushes people to an underground dark net situation where crypto People try to be anonymous and def not pay taxes.
In result the country:
1. Becomes behind
2. Makes developers and business move abroad.
3. Makes people hide their money with more effort and pay less tax.
4. Make the people in the country overall more poor. Forget about travelling to a Bitcoin country... will cost a fortune.
5. Makes it harder to track real criminals as it becomes mainstream to use anonymous systems and they become more sophisticated/easier to use, more effective the more normal people need them.

But yeah, of course governments tries unsuccessfully anyway and it might cause some temporary crashes but nothing but a blip in the long run!

You're right, I think Russian certainly estimated baout the war consequences.
We know Russian want Rubel for payment of Gaia and oil.
It's market strategy, because EU needs gas and oil from Russia.
For crypto world, I think Russian and Ukraine war didn't have effect to crypto market.
Even I heard Russian allow bitcoin mining.

I think you're wrong about that, and we should clarify some concepts. The Russian people, its citizens, have not made estimates about the consequences of the war because the Russian people have not started this war, but it is the citizens, once again, who will suffer the terrible economic consequences. I would like to see one day, how those who are sanctioned are the ones who make the final decisions, and not the people who keep them in government out of fear or ignorance of the truth, but I think I will never see that.

I live in Ukraine, I see with my own eyes the development, course and consequences of this war, and I do not want it to end for any reason. The only person who can stop this war is Putin, the aggressor and murderer. But he does not want to change his plans to seize a significant part of the territory of Ukraine and does not refuse to destroy Ukraine as a state. The Ukrainians have no other choice but to defend their freedom and independence with arms in hand. Therefore, we hit the enemy hard in all directions.

Russia suffers enormous losses in manpower and equipment. To date, 20,600 Russian invaders have been killed, about 60,000 wounded, 790 tanks, 2,041 armored vehicles, 167 aircraft, 147 helicopters, 381 artillery systems, 130 multiple launch rocket systems, 66 air defense systems, 1,487 auxiliary trucks, 155 UAVs, 8 ships and boats and other equipment.

Now the outcome of the war should be decided by a big battle in the Donbass, where thousands of tanks and aircraft will participate from both sides. In Russia, they are not going to legalize cryptocurrency. On the contrary, amendments to the existing law on digital assets have recently been adopted, which oblige Russian citizens to either keep their cryptocurrency on centralized and controlled by the Russian government exchanges or in their own wallets, but at the same time they must disclose their secret keys to the relevant supervisory authorities. Violators of this law will be prosecuted.

In Russia, everything will depend on how its military attack on Ukraine ends. If the war leads Russia to the defeat of the Putin regime, then the cryptocurrency has a future in this country.
