What was the best airdrop in value you have received to the date?

My best airdrop in value was XRP worth of roughly $1000 when I sold. Ripple airdropped 1000 XRP years ago for whoever who just claimed them without any tasks etc. Haven't seen anything like that in recent years, but it took years to hold that value raised.

The best airdrop I participated in was Decred at the end of 2015, the airdrop consisted of 282 DCR for each participant, I sold them for $49 each coin. Decred's ATH is $250. The curious thing is that there are still many accounts that received the airdrop and their owners do not remember the unlock key, the importance of protecting our passwords and having patience is always present to remind us not to make mistakes.

Unfortunately I think not. There are currently no airdrops like the one the Decred team did, there are plenty, but they don't look anything like the one I'm talking about. Airdrops nowadays are mostly scams and the ones that are not scams are of very low value. I think the days of good airdrops (with good teams, good projects, and good values) are over a few years ago, most of the things we can find now are memecoin airdrops that are barely worth a few dollars and sometimes not even that.

Times have changed a lot since the Decred airdrop, and the industry has logically changed as well. For a long time, airdrops have only served to promote the project, their economic value does not usually exceed $3 and sometimes they are worth only a few cents, so they are a waste of time from my point of view. I don't think airdrops will go back to the way they used to be, the industry has become overcrowded, but unfortunately most of them are people who don't know anything about crypto.

When i was newbie in crypto world then I joined too many airdrops which are almost scams and I didn't get any legit airdrop so from then i didn't trust any airdrop so I just join bounty campaigns which are legit and have a good reward

I tried some of the airdrops and worked for them but I was unlucky enough that none of the airdrops I get means they scammed in the end. So I stopped working and I don't believe in airdrops now.

The biggest Airdrop i gotten so far definetly has to be ENS airdrop i got around 170 Token of the airdrop that's worthly around at 1500$ at Current price if you have forgetten about it let me recall you it's the Airdrop in which we need to purchase the domain of ENS for minimum 1 year and in return we will getting some reward don't expect such high airdrop although the second highest Airdrop will be Sfund, Evmos and optimism definitely my list can be change in future i hope to get more such airdrop

So far following the airdrop I've never gotten the best value like what the op got, of course it might be a very spectacular value for me.
because I never get the best thing, that's why I never try again to follow the airdrop as easily as anything.
although finally the current airdrop and bounty are almost the same in value, because there are also bounties that have a very low value lower than the airdrop.

bro my personal experience is not good with airdrop i join many airdrops but i wont get rewarded bcz in airdrops thy choose randomly thts why the win chances are low . i alwas recommend bounty's bcz thy give reward 100% based on  your work

I personally participate in few bounties, but I don't participate in any airdrops. If the bounties have been overcrowded to the extreme and pay little, with airdrops it is even worse. I have seen some airdrops that don't even reach $0.05, and it seems like a total waste of time to me, since the fees we have to pay are even higher than the amount received. The airdrops from my point of view ended in 2018, after that date none have appeared that seemed reasonably good to me.
