you can check CoinMarketCap website every coins and token is listed there but its not easy to find a winner.

Completely agree with you, now these moments in the top and they need to take it. But it is better to take stability than something new or you just do not know what will be in a couple of days, will increase the coin or on the contrary will fall down.
