Good day, my name is Zdanovich Vitali, and I am the founder of the Hacienda.tech project.

Idea project

The main idea of the project is to construct country real estate and rent it out worldwide,
using blockchain technology.

All real estate properties will have an efficient system for generating electricity and
distributing it to small-scale mining farms with immersion/water cooling. This will allow
effectively use of heat generated by the mining equipment, thereby heating the rented real
estate properties.


Business model

Rental property
Country houses for rent for vacation and events will allow you to get up to 20% per year.
Each country has its own rate of return.

Mining
Installation of mining equipment with immersion/water cooling technology in Hacienda Project properties acts as an
additional source of income and as a heating system for the properties.
We expect 25% profitability from mining.

NFT & DAO
Owners of our NFTs will receive a discount of up to 30% on the rental of the project's countryside properties. NFTs will have a
"5% Royalty" which will provide additional liquidity to the token and support the Hacienda project referral system.
Also, they will have the unique ability: to decide on the further development of the project by voting.
