I have been looking for an exchange that looks like Binance but I have not seen any and why I looked Binance because it simple to trade p2p and the prices are very good and what I don't like Binance because if you want to transact huge amount of bitcoin the vendors price with you to reduce the amount before they can buy it. And I just glanced through BitChanger and I don't like the interface because it full with literature and not straight to the main point.

You can`t use this site to sell your coin. It is an exchanger and all you can do with it is to exchange your coin for another, so let`s say you have 50usdt and you want to change it to eth all you have to do is to locate a reputable exchanger, set all the parameters that they will ask you to (including your receiving address) afterwards you will be provided with a deposit address, I guess the rest of the process does not need much say.

Most people use them when they don`t want to create an account in a Cex or are just looking for a quicker means to swap their coins.

CEX are much more reliable than these exchangers. They ask you for KYC during registration and you immediately know whether you have been accepted or not.
Unlike them, exchangers like BitChanger, ^{which are also centralized}, reserve the right to ask for KYC during the swap. This often leads to the withholding of funds and sometimes the exchange that should have been quick and simple lasts for several days or weeks.
