I've also checked and it turns out there are lots of coins that are very trending, Bitcoin also continues to be trending on Coinmarketcap because maybe Bitcoin is the main coin that everyone is looking for. But after I looked for more information, it turned out to be true as you said, there was a lot of information available such as NFT, DeFi, Gainers, etc.
For now, I am more confident in looking at the number of MEME coins that are trending, and I see that there are probably dozens circulating on coinmarketcap, it looks like this MEME coin was designed to enliven the crypto market.

I agree with what you are saying because it has been proven and tested in security for a few years, especially in securing the blockchain like Bitcoin. When it comes to decentralization, the POW fosters who are called can participate in mining.

And POW is really reliable when it comes to securing the blockchain. Even if we say that its energy consumption is high, and if the technology landscape is evolving, the alternative consensus mechanisms called POS are gaining traction through scalability.

Seems OP interested with hit and run on some token trending, I think easily earn profitable in short term with token trending but don't forget with easily risk with new token trending not listing yet on CEXs exchange market. High risk and high return when investing token are trending but believing late few minutes has potential loss capital when trading on new token or trending token.
I am not really interested have getting high risk although with high return, not monitoring market more than 24 hours its not really safe my self trading in new token are trending and prefer trade with old or potential market.

I don't know if what other people are using to look on what coins are trending, but I'm mostly using Coingecko to look what are the trending coins.
This past few weeks, I've seen new meme coins that are becoming trending, so I guess meme coins are the ones that are continuously on the trend, and will continue to be like that for weeks, or maybe months as well.

Is it too late to invest into them? Now if you want to invest into the trending coins for the sake of profit, I don't recommend investing into them because for sure the price of that token pumped up already so basically, it's too late to invest into them. Overall, I don't want to use whether the coin is trending or not as a factor whether I need to invest into it or not. Look at the project, make some research. That would be better.

My $1000 invested into shitcoins has left me like more or less $200 right now just because of something in the hope of easy profit but things are quiet different in reality I get rugged and already learned from those mistakes. We should always do our own due diligence so we won't end up miserable.

Even after you've been recommended to some tokens you need to still do your own research verifying and finding out about these tokens before you invest in them. This should be a regular practice with every investor because even if you are a member of this forum and have taken advice from people in this forum, that does not mean that you've made the right investment decision because bad advice can still come from members of this forum just like any other forum too.

Today almost all cryptocurrency assets experienced a correction, but not BNB... Yes, today's PNL on my assets did go down but it was helped by holding BNB which I also did. BTC has now fallen to $65k but BNB is still above $570. I'm bullish in Solana and it's not too late to invest in it. They have their own ecosystem and many project launching on it. Also they have their own mobile that can generate tokens inside in their ecosystem. It's not that i'm promoting it but in my opinion you should research this and consider it. 

Solana really intrigue me a lot. Just weeks ago, I was amazed to see its price approaching $100 and I though that maybe that would be its ceiling for the time being or at least in 2024...but alas it reached almost $200 as of today and there is even a chance its run can go further. So I am wondering, will it one day gained the $1000K zone? Comparing to Ethereum, SOL has 572 million supply while ETH has only 120 million so based on this fact alone and if adoption of Solana will continue on breakneck speed there is really that potential for it to soon grow even better than ETH. Now, am planning to convert my ETH to SOL...do you think this can be a good move?

Everyone who chose Sol in beginning of this year they are staying in the gainer list. I personally had my confidence in this coin but the moment FTX crashed I converted my Sols to another token. Which was a wrong decision of my life. When the price of each sol was 15 dollars I didn't pay attention because I was panicking but slowly the sol started to go up. Although the market is bullish, the real bull market has not yet started. It is not impossible for it to go to $1000 when we are in that bull hour. Your decision is not bad but Ether is also a very potential coin in a bull market. Each Ether is likely to be worth around $20000 in a bull market.

Is that where you say you allocated 1000$ for shit coins or meme coins? That's probably because the value of the coins you are holding is only 200$ right now. Well, if you haven't sold yet, I think that's where you should use your patience, because you can still get back the $1,000 you invested.

Just don't sell it first. I hope his daily trading volume is around 200k or more. because if it's in that range, wait no matter what; maybe later you sell it at a discount and its price will suddenly rise.

I think you should first focus on top coins instead of trending coins and if you have already invest in top coins then pick out some trending coins too if you have extra cash. Bitcoin, etheruem, solana, and BNB are most successful and most trending coins these days so don't miss the venture to get reward from solana investment as in future it will be skyrocket.

Meme coins are risky but some of them are trending currently so it will be better if you use some percentage for Meme coins too because Bull season is to take benefit from every coin but take profit from meme coins rapidly as it surges.
