What will be the use case of these tokens? its been many years since that token has been issued but there is not no real use case nor the community is attracted to it. Let's create a topic where we can discuss how we can use that token what how we can create some real value for that token. Many people may have different ideas.

It's interesting you ask this, as I've just updated the info page about ALTS with the utility and therefore use case 
I agree with you here, there were "theoretical" use cases for 3 years that never came to fruition. Now the situation appears very different.

Utility:

• Removing strikes, penalties & negative karma ✅
• Voting for new coins to be added to the forum ✅
• Forum banner advertising bidding auction ✅
• Integrated in our classified marketplace

So far, in the past month we have had; forum advertising banner bidding in ALTS (currently at 1,100 ALTS, worth 0.4344439 ETH), voting for Ton forum section with 200 ALTS (as votes), as well as one plagiarism strike removed for 13 ALTS. This is why I invested my own money recently to buy tokens: new-found utility + transaction activity.

How long will it be before ALTS hodlers run out of tokens for banner bidding @ 1,000 a month? Not very long, clearly, only 40 accounts have 1K+. This will be the main demand for tokens, now that banner advertising exclusively in ALTS. While other use cases (for smaller quantities) of ALTS helps to create utility.

We are finally starting to build our own micro-economy here, slowly but surely.

Let's create a topic where we can discuss how we can use that token what how we can create some real value for that token. Many people may have different ideas.

For years as a community we have theorized how the token would be used, but collectively we failed to either make any good suggestions to make the token useful in a way in which we wanted to see. Now we have use cases that are actually being used. I encourage anyone to make a topic on the subject, but with the update to the info page (including links/references), I think it should be clear to anyone now what ALTS is actually used for. I've been thinking about documenting the development of ALTS, particularly based on recent weeks, but there isn't much to say apart from "it's now being used".

but i believe that if you want your token to go to the moon , you should relate it with big projects and uses , adding the token to uniswap without  clear projects or collaboration will effect it negatively , lets hope the members will hold it

but i believe that if you want your token to go to the moon , you should relate it with big projects and uses , adding the token to uniswap without  clear projects or collaboration will effect it negatively , lets hope the members will hold it

I somewhat disagree, I'm not interested in ALTS being connected/related with larger projects at present. If big projects want to get involved then they are more than welcome, but it's a waste of our time trying to make these connections. We will focus on the use cases that I referenced above for now, and keep adding to them, to continue generating demand. It's better to build up our use cases and utility before trying to partner with any other major projects imo. I also agree Uniswap isn't what we need right now, even if some users think this (page 3). As referenced before, for those who want that exchange ability, it's a coingecko listing that's required for Uniswap integration (native UNI listing not required and is incredibly unlikely).

Members here have otherwise hodled their tokens for 2.5 years without a single dex sell, so I have no concerns about this right now. It's time tested.

For me, it is better to focus on internal aspect before going to external dimensions. I believe all things are possible and there is a right time for everything. My description to ALTS is "the sleeping giant that can gather altcoins together.." Maybe you will not believe but that's my own futuristic vision. For three years I've seen the forum is developing from one stage to another it seems "METAMORPHOSIS."

I've been on the forum for a long time. The forum has gained a lot of popularity. So I think our forum will have its own token listed on any dex or exchange. Hopefully will create a better position.

If I want to place advert, pay for it with Alt tokens, this would help drive up the price and when people realise there is demand for it the price action would follow.

I agree with this. In forum payments, with ALTS, will increase the usability, and will drive up demand. It is a very good proposal.

True, if your scroll up its one of the utilities I listed (unticked) as users here simply don't use the built in shop but instead advertise in the marketplace and prefer to engage directly with each other.

Maybe this will change in the future, but for now main utility appears to be bidding, voting and account recovery.

One of dignities of EOS are free transactions into a network. This is a very nice virtue.
Especially when do translation tokens plenty of addressees.

I hope this Idea will come to pass, it will help a lots of member here if it will be approved by our adminidtration. Now I know why Epidemia has a lot of Alts, it is through actively participating in our forum not only that, he holds the the highest title when it comes to ranking activity "padawan". We should not go with any big project or exchange at this moment. If projects want to partner with our forum, they are welcome here. But the project must be good. I agree with you here.

I don't think we need Uniswap at the moment. We should wait a little longer. Our forum is improving. So I think in the future the forum's own token will get a better place. Will remain at the top of popularity and demand.

I see that the ALT token supply is really limited and not have mor holder. But i can't  predict any tokens future Through their total supply. Becouse i see some project,  their total supply was not more, but token price is very bad. But we know the ALT token is totally different, becouse this is no other CT Forums token.
