I color coded it so you can see the connection better and investigated a bit more

Here's the summary of evidence:

• 1,2,4 have same telegram usernames: @salmanbro0
• 2,3,4 have same alt telegram usernames: @nikolasbro0

I have observed it when they both applied first in MYID signature campaign but it seemed to me as copy pasting. The Ethereum address is newly created and there is no connection.

True. I know the new policy is the label the main and second/third/fourth/hundredth account as duplicate, but I also think just labeling all but the main is good enough.
I do think there should be a points penalty for not declaring however, taken from the main account.

Bumping this. If I had duplicate profile membership access I'd be able to deal with these accounts myself. These accounts don't need IP checks, they have left their own evidence of being clones. I'm not even interested in assigning main account as duplicates as per current policy, just the duplicates would do.

It'd be a shame to start ignoring multi-accounts when we have a procedure of such encounters...

Those who use multiple accounts, if they get caught. Then some users resort to lies. I don't think it's right for them to resort to lies after multiple accounts have been caught. Since the mother account is not known as fake here. The mother account stays good. However, I think there may be some users who belong to the same family or group. They may misrepresent their information for any reason. This is normal. So if multiple is caught, it is better to discuss in detail with the users. Even after being identified as a fake, there is an opportunity to run an account here. In bounty campaigns, if the manager validates multiple accounts, he or she can join. This is great.

Right, if a user confesses that he has multiple id and send pm to admin addressing his multiple id, admin will tag duplicate except mother account. Hence his mother account doesn't have any negative impact for his willingly confess. This is good and friendly environment. But if forum team find out multiple account, all accounts can be tagged as duplicate. So, it is better to confess willingly.

It would not be right to duplicate this suspicious account. If suspected, verification needed should be instructed. Otherwise monitoring should be done. So I think monitoring should be done before catching duplicates.
