Chinese crypto guys do not doubt that NEO is much better than Ethereum as that it will take the place of this altcoin. Probably, they are wrong but NEO is cool.

I have heard it is basically depends upon China, but still the price is very low and you can invest some bucks in them. I would suggest check the latest news of China as they say sometimes ban on crypto and legal as they play with customers.

Yes,  I think You can buy NEO now.  I see the NEO price is $11,  It is still low mate.  I see NEO have touched  at $17.  I believe  NEO will bounce back  again.  You can buy when low and You can sell when the price goes up. It is a good way.
