Girona had to swallow a bitter pill, because the victory that was in front of them had to disappear in the extra minutes after Alaves was able to score a goal and equalize. I think they were too quickly satisfied with the advantage they had, even though just a 1 goal advantage was not enough to seal victory.

However, Barcelona will not necessarily win, because they will face Real Sociedad, which will not be easy for them to beat. So the chance for Girona to stay in 2nd place is still there, as long as Barcelona fails in that match.

It sounds more like the banks are at a disadvantage because they have to pay more than before to their customers who have deposits in the bank, since the deposit insurance has increased. The government may be trying to increase the confidence people have in depositing their money into banks, but I still do not think it's advisable, as you should only keep the amount of money you are okay with losing to banks in banks, and keep more of your investments in bitcoins or other assets.

One of the greatest challenge of our human race is lack of contentment most especially in our youth. Trying to acquire more of anything is not bad if only u are using a resources or your resources as the case maybe to acquire what u want but when you want to acquire your desires but lack the resources to achieve the level of your desired outcome tends to lead to searching of other means possible beyond your capacity is purely lack of contentment. This resources can be monetary, power or orherwise. This has led to many of our youths doing things they ought not to do.
