Hong Kong sounds well , some south american counries are good as well. NA no , Europa soso , Russia no , China no, Australia also getting more and more strict .

I think not so maybe Asian country is better than hongkong :)

Japan is kinda interesting country, Bitcoin and other currencies are the most developed there but it is always getting regulated . You have to pay taxes etc.

For me personally, Japan is number one country for crypto. Hongkong is also very good. Some
South American countries and Belarussia are OK.

I vote for Russia, because in some small cities you can find cheapest electrecity in the world and that means mining - mining and mining.

For me the best country for cryptocurrency is Japan.
It is at the moment to prioritize the crypto services to manage well the system of crypto. Serving the best and making deference is what I think Japan's motto.

I think hongkong is a good country for krypto, Although there is news about Hong Kong regulators cracking down on securities fraud and exchange, with some cryptocurrency entering the limelight through association, Hong Kong is still a good place for investors. Hong Kong has no VAT or capital gains tax, making tax rules around cryptoassets much easier. It is also an Asian hub for blockchain and crypto companies, such as Binance and Kucoin, although the first moved to Malta.

I think there should have studies about this topic to found out what is the best country for crypto in order not to give any country because just we like it or just for the sake to answer.

I would definitely choose Japan.. I think moving forward itll be bigger than Hong Kong and even South Korea in this space.. and they seem to have lots of government support.
