The war made the crypto market more volatile, and even caused a temporary crash when Russia regulated and restricted cryptocurrency trading in the country. However, the war increased crypto transactions. Supporters contend that cryptocurrency gives common Russian and Ukrainian citizens a place to deposit money and a means of exchange, which might lower the humanitarian costs of the sanctions for the war. They also emphasise the value of cryptocurrency as a complementary form of payment for donations to the Ukrainian government.

Investing is a long-term strategy with lower risk, whereas trading is a short-term strategy with high risk. Both make money, but traders frequently make more money than investors when they make the right selections and the market performs well. In my opinion, only those traders who are experienced and can handle the market volatility well should be trading. Those who are newbies should focus on holding. You don’t have to worry about minor market movements when you’re holding.

Many governments are not regulating cryptocurrencies because they don't understand it. According to them it is just about money laundering, tax evasion and terrorism, when in fact it is much more than that.
