We have not noticed any increase in traffic as a result of the banners. We will wait until the forum is better known.
I see. I guess building awareness through a signature campaign is more than enough for now, and even if the traffic doesn't increase rapidly, it should help with brand recognition. I remember one of the projects that I followed claimed they didn't expect immediate results from forum marketing like this, but their visibility on search engines increased steadily after they ran a campaign on a forum for some months. Not sure how much a banner or contest can contribute to this form of advertisement though.
Yes, it appears in the search engines.
Well then, that makes sense. You've been there since 2019 and that's why this answers that this won't be an issue to you any longer.
Based on my experience, a slight mishap or terrible security practice is usually the reason why a mixer gets taken down. Just like the infamous Silk Road case where the operator was caught because he accessed his laptop publicly, CMIIW. As a user, we should be prepared for anything though, especially if you're from the US where even a coinjoin wallet blocks or stops their service because the government is labeling them as a money transmitter service.
Yes, this is usually the reason. But it is also becoming increasingly difficult these days. But cryptocurrency should stand for freedom.
There was a discussion here earlier about the Coinomize Android app, do we have anyone here who has used their app for mixing, can they share their experience?
If someone has already written about it, I would be grateful to see the reference.
The app runs via the normal domains, so no big difference.
You can use your mobile browser or the app, with the app you don't always have to enter the domain.
Sorry for the noob question as I haven't notice it before,
In the letter of guarantee it says that it is signed by our main account: 1xxxxxxxx,
This this bitcoin address change though or do you guys really exposed your main account here? What if someone reported to the authorities that this is your main bitcoin address?
This is used to sign our letters of guarantee. The address doesn't matter in the end as long as it matches and never changes. This allows a user to validate and verify the message to make sure that he has used our original website and not a fake website. It is also a kind of security for the user that he has placed the order.
This is not our main account but only an address and can come from any wallet that belongs to us and does not have to have anything to do with Coinomize Mixer directly. We only use it to sign the messages.
