Airdrops are becoming a main element of the crypto scene, however there are several issue leading to a mutual distrust between projects and airdrop hunters. Airdrop1.com (https://www.airdrop1.com/) is trying to address these issue by providing a guaranteed distribution platform.
What are the main issues leading to the distrust ?
I. Distrust in Projects.
a. Lack of tokens distribution: Due to the very high rate of ICO/IEO failure, many projects that conduct airdrops, never deliver, simply because the projects get cancelled.
b. Very little value: Majority of projects do the distribution way after the tokens are on the exchange, leading to very little value, less than transaction costs in most cases.
II. Distrust in Airdrop Hunters.
a. Fake accounts: A big challenge with airdrops is that they are supposed to be airdropped once per individual, however, sneaky hunters use dozens of accounts each to increase the shares. Creating further cost on the projects.
b. Garbage quality: Most airdrop hunters use dedicated social media accounts, and share hundreds of projects, rendering their reach none-existant and their promo quality in the garbage territory .
Airdrop1 Solution:
1- Guarantee distribution for established projects.
2- For new projects, offer native token that would be distributed in case the project's token is not.
3- Ability to exchange native token with other tokens that would be put up for exchange every couple months.
4- Make sure that each member is unique. By focusing on Altt member that have a KYC verified badge.
