What you suggest is correct! But not entirely reasonable. You need to think much bigger. If you add multiple fiat pairs then you will have to add liquidity to each of these pairs! It's practically impossible. Even Binance can't afford that. If you need a fiat pair from your country, then you need to look exchange from your country. If this exchange is licensed then there will be fiat currency your country.
