These all developments gave ETC reasons to rise up from the ashes, and maintain its stability. By the end of 2019, ETC might reach around $35, which would give it a great boost.

You can create Tokens on Ethereum classic without any problem, I remember I saw somewhere a list of Tokens created on Ethereum classic, to be honest, I do not know why there is no marketing for Ethereum classic tokens runs on its network, I never used a Token run on Ethereum classic before so I have no idea how things running or how they are functional but I know they are out there.

No, they aren't. Ethereum Classic is an open-source, decentralised blockchain technology platform possessing smart contract functionality. Much like Ethereum's blockchain, Ethereum Classic's blockchain is quite similar too, with the exception emerging from block 1920000. Also, Ethereum Classic uses the proof of work protocol instead of proof of stake, which is used by Ethereum and many other cryptos.

Potential came from income can be reach but unfortunately ETC is not in there, too slow and their position not good to work with apps ( sport, financial, entertainment ) so we only see an empty bottle. Many people choose it because cheap and have liquidity but that's not enough to fix position in market and make new investor in their project. I'm not hate ETC but need more to get word " POTENTIAL ", let's hope in future ETC will do better.

There are several potential coins at top 20 coins, they are also so popular and have high community.
Polkadot, polygon matic, litecoin and cosmos, those are also very potential coins.
