Blockchain Technology / 1 000 000 tps PoW. Is it real?
« on: October 21, 2019, 09:53:37 AM »
Hey, everybody! ;)
The share of my investment crypto portfolio is Tera coins. Accordingly, I follow the information about this project. Recently a competition was announced. I wrote about it in the Competitions & Contests
This is a bug bounty and cryptodiscussion
But I would like to discuss the information about which the document says: https://terafoundation.org/files/TeraSharding-ENG.pdf
In theory, the possibility of scaling up to 1 000 000 tps and above with the PoW algorithm.
Does anyone have any thoughts about this?

Now the Tera platform is holding several contests.
I have posted information about this in the Competitions & Contests

Now there is a contest dedicated to the rapid launch of the sharding technology on blockchain Tera.
Sharding will allow to achieve scalability of 1 000 000 tps and higher on the PoW algorithm.
The telegram Tera channel (https://t.me/TeraLab) are discussing this topic. And the person with the best idea will get 100, 000 Tera coins.
Here is a page where you can find a link to the concept of sharding (in Russian and English) and learn more about the contest: https://terafoundation.org/event-sharding.html

I spent a few days studying Tera platform. The developers are really working on the project. There are a lot of interesting things. For example, real decentralized applications. One of the dapps is a cryptomixer. Yesterday a post was published on Facebook about the launch of bug-bounty Tera to search for vulnerabilities in program code. I will create a topic about it. Maybe someone will be interested in it...

8
I would like to see more applications on this platform. Their dapp 86 (ShadowBank) cryptomixer is impressive.

9
Placement of new applications on the Tera platform will clearly attract attention not only of programmers and users.
This is where the interest of investors will grow. ;)

I wanted to run a Tera node. But the capacity of the computer was not enough (4 cores 16 RAM). I needed something more serious. I'd better go to the exchange for a coin) So I think it's easier))))
