Alternatywne kryptowaluty / Re: Jaka bedzie cena Ethereum w 2022?

Kolejny rok minął, a cena nie zmierza w dobrym kierunku. Do podanych powyżej prognoz jeszcze odrobinę brakuje  ;D

Crypto Exchanges / Re: Do people actually like the new Bittrex Interface?
« on: December 05, 2019, 06:29:34 PM »
At the beginning I couldn't get used to new interface. Biggest plus of change was smoothly running chart.

After change, I was surprised only by temporary possibility of holding orders. After a month, all my positions disappeared. After this action I stopped using Bittrex. Now it is probably ok, because several test items are not automatically closed after a while.

HitBTC / Re: Is Hitbtc.com Exchange Scam?
« on: December 05, 2019, 06:20:02 PM »
This is not scam exchange, but there are problems with handling them. Many users have complained about suspension and withdrawal issues. There are many more reliable alternatives. In my opinion it's not worth risking trading cryptocurrency there.

Monero Forum / Re: Is Monero a Good Investment?
« on: December 05, 2019, 06:15:40 PM »
Monero is good investment. The attitude of some exchanges is a bit worrying. They remove this coin because high level of anonymity. An example is Polish Bitbay exchange, which recently removed monero.

Sorting Box / Re: Trading or holding
« on: December 05, 2019, 06:09:47 PM »
Trading works only when you hang what you are doing or you have checked signals.

Holding will only earn if you bought good coins at good price and knew when to sell them.

Investigating your own effectiveness is really important.

The trap may be not accepting losses and not closing profitable positions. I did so many times and lost a lot. Sometimes it's not easy to learn even from our mistakes.

8
Now I have strategy. In 2017 I didn't have it and I paid dearly for it.

Set stop loss and accept few percent loss. Similarly other way around. Set up take profit and enjoy even small profit.

It's so simple altogether.

Thanks for extensive list. Capitan altcoin - I didn't know at all.

I also don't know what Poloniex is doing on list - it is a compromised exchange from which everyone is escaping.

IOTA Forum / Re: Can I purchase iota in the us
« on: December 04, 2019, 05:24:30 PM »
US supposedly free country. Nothing more wrong is oppressive and police state.

If you want to buy IOTA, move out somewhere else  ;D

Seriously, purchase will be very difficult from sources let's call it official.

You can try foreign cantor without verification and via VPN. Small amounts, because larger ones can block.

You can try on decentralized exchanges, but there is practically no trade there.

You can buy physically from trusted person.

Sorting Box / Re: Mining: yes or no?
« on: December 04, 2019, 05:10:21 PM »
Digging Proof of Work will be 99% unprofitable, because this is its construction.

Of course, if you have access to powerful equipment few months earlier than it goes to masses then is chance to earn something.

For average person with several excavators it will be unprofitable. Certainly.

The most reasonable method mining is proof of stake. You don't take much risk. You can resell Coins. Unlike an excavator, which after year is not suitable for anything.
