The team’s work on Stage 1 (December 2020 - January 2021) yielded the following results (according to the outlined plan):

1) Contests were launched and conducted:

Free TON Social Campaign (Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Medium):

Purpose – to increase activity in Free TON social networks and attract new participants to the community;

Result – 808 new participants were attracted (you can check the summary spreadsheet in the contest thread and the increase of new accounts on the days when the contest rewards were paid out - Blockchain statistics for 20.01.2021 and 31.01.2021) who have activated their wallet addresses and registered on the Forum;

Payments from the budget for rewards, launching and managing the contest – 17057 TON Crystal.


Free TON Activity and Support on Forums (Stage 1):

Purpose – experienced project participants in third-party forums should tell about all the advantages of blockchain and answer the questions of interested future and current members of Free TON community in order to attract as many new users as possible;

Result – 9 active and experienced crypto-enthusiasts were selected to support the following main forums: Bitcointalk (Russian-language – 2 managers, English – 3 managers); no other CT (Russian-language – 3 managers, English – 3 managers); Bits.Media (Russian-language – 2 managers);

Payments from the budget for rewards, launching and managing the contest – 4825 TON Crystal.


Crypto Quest: “Free TON 2021 - Try your luck after 2020”:

Purpose – to attract new participants to the community, to acquaint them with its structure, self-organization, applications and blockchain token with further involvement in the working processes;

Result – the contest is not over yet, but it has already attracted more than 450 interested participants, 200 of whom created and activated wallet addresses in the network, signed the DOD and registered on the Forum (you can check by the growth of new accounts on the days of activation of the addresses - Blockchain statistics for 14.01.2021 and 25.01.2021, full summary table will be posted after the first stage of the contest);

3) At this initial stage, content creation is done independently by Global Community SubGovernance members, but after a larger increase in subscribers, there will be a competitive selection of experienced participants for such activities:

4) Contest “Free TON Ambassadors (Stage 1: Ambassadors Selection)” was launched and conducted:

Purpose – to select quality submissions from experienced participants, who have developed their programs to promote the idea of Free TON in the people and, accordingly, to expand the Free TON community;

Result – out of 11 applications were selected only 2. Only they met the conditions of the contest. The remaining participants, having finalized their programs will be able to participate in the next contest with the new participants. Those who won – are engaged in the implementation of their programs;

5) Contest “Global Community SubGovernance - Jury Selection” was launched and conducted:

Purpose – to create a decentralized jury of experienced and authoritative members of the Free TON community, by recruiting a maximum of 19 members;

Result – 16 jurors were selected and their data were submitted to the smart contract for voting;

Payments from the budget for rewards, launching and managing the contest – 6500 TON Crystal.


6) Negotiations were held with a possible partner: CryptoCoinExpert.info. But it was not submitted for approval due to unsatisfactory statistical data at this stage and unsettled integration mechanics.

At Stage 1, 47 594 TON Crystal were used from the budget for payments. Of this, 30 100 TON Crystal was paid to the Initial Members according to workload, time spent, and results.

In the coming days, there will be payments to participants for two contests (“Activity and Support on Forums” and “Crypto Quest”). The balance will be carried over to Stage 2 and a request for tokens for Stage 2 is planned after the balance is used.

Also, Global Community SubGovernance received 561 TON Crystal in Staking income during Stage 1.

IMPLEMENTATION STAGES of TON CRYSTAL
1. Integration of TON Crystal with Crypterium Wallet



TON Crystal tokens will be progressively integrated into Crypterium Wallet services. As a starting point, we will connect on-chain deposits and withdrawals, along with off-chain transfers by phone and wallet addresses of other Crypterium Wallet users (commission-free service).
At the moment, Crypterium Wallet works under a custodian model. Adding support for FreeTON blockchain nodes will require the development of specific infrastructure.

In order to allow exchange operations for TON Crystal within Crypterium Wallet, we would need to integrate the exchanges that already support your token. Our cross-pair functionality will provide an instant exchange of TON Crystal against 18+ digital assets listed on Crypterium Wallet (BTC, CRPT, ETH, LTC, USDC, USDT, LINK, MKR, QASH, BAT, ZRX, REP, OMG , BCH, XRP, DAI, EURS, DASH, etc.)

The implementation of exchange operations for TON Crystal will open the doors to crypto-fiat services, including buying crypto with a debit/credit card, withdrawing to bank cards, topping up Crypterium Card VISA, and replenishing mobile phone balance.

In return, users will be eligible to earn staking rewards depending on their amount and retain full ownership of the staked tokens.

AFRICAN SUB GOVERNANCE JURY SELECTION

Description:
Free Ton African Sub Governance (FASG) proposes the addition of 7 jury members.

It is intended that the proposed 7 jury members, will join forces with all the initial members of the African Sub Governance, who automatically qualified to be jury members at the inception.

Motivation
To achieve truly decentralized processes within the Free TON Africa Sub governance through the help of independent jurors selected from the entire Free TON Global community.

To be able to execute from within the African Sub Governance Jury, best practices borrowed from the entire Free TON Global community.

Contest submission requirements
- Individuals from the larger Free TON community are welcome to apply for an enhanced diversity and decentralization policy in this very important endeavor.
- An understanding of the African culture and norms will be an added advantage but not necessarily the only criteria being sought for.
- All applicants should be active members of the Free TON community and must have signed the Declaration of Decentralization and must have an understanding of the decentralized community framework.
- Applicants must submit a detailed resume indicating their full names, telegram ID, country of residence and any other social forum necessary to assist in verifying their identity and resume. This should include work experience, contact and reputation, and where applicable the various tasks completed within the Free TON network.
- All applicants should be willing to put in the time and effort to study, interpret, analyze, vote, and deliver quality feedback to contest submissions from the African continent.
- Members, who wish to apply, should be self-driven, fair, objective and be committed to promoting the African agenda in their capacity as jurors.
- An avid adherent to deadlines and quality work is a necessity.
- Have a basic understanding of the English language (both reading and writing), to greatly assist in comprehending the various submissions, and create trust among the applicants on responses and judgments delivered.

N.B. The Non English members within the African SG shall wait for a separate contest to be announced later when the programs in those languages are rolled out and as such should not feel left out.

Winner rights and duties
Winners will get the right to be a juror for each Free TON Africa Sub Governance contest going forward and get the same reward as each contest describes for jurors. In order to get the jury reward described in each contest, the juror must do the following:

1. Each juror should review each contest and its requirements under “Free TON Africa Sub Governance”.
2. The juror should review each contestant’s submission (uploaded in .PDF format) and determine if each submission is within the scope of his or her understanding to judge it, and then vote as follows:
3. If outside of juror competence, the juror should vote to “Abstain”.
4. If within juror competence, the juror should vote on a scale of 1-to-10 with 1 representing least and 10 representing most qualified submissions.
5. If the submission is inappropriate, the PDF file is not opening or corrupt, etc., the juror should vote to “Reject”.
6. The juror should provide constructive feedback in the appropriate field describing the reason for their score.
7. To reject the submission, only 50% +1 votes from those members of the jury who actually voted for this submission work are enough.
8. The jury rewards will be distributed in proportion to the number of votes cast by each jury member.
9. A judge has the right to vote in contests in which he/she participates, but he is not allowed to vote for their own submission. Self-vote will not be counted.
10. Jury members who have not voted for 2 months are automatically expelled from the Jury bench without notice.

As any civic duty dictates, every juror must remain objective to the best of his/her abilities in regard to voting, i.e., stick to the facts and the facts only, putting aside any personal feelings.

Voting for new jury
1. Each of the current initial members of Africa Sub Governance can vote for any submission (candidacy) to become an Africa Juror.
2. Each juror will vote by rating each submission on a scale of 1 to 10 or can choose to reject it if it does not meet the requirements, or they can choose to abstain from voting.
3. Jurors will provide feedback for every submission.
4. In order for a qualifying candidate to become a member of the African Sub Governance Jury, a submission must receive 50% +1 votes from those African Jury initial members who actually voted for that submission, and the top 7 highest scorers will be admitted as jury.
5. The Free TON Africa Sub Governance initial members that form the original Free TON Africa Jury will retain their Africa Jury membership after this contest ends. All the rights and duties of the Africa Jury specified in this contest apply to them.

Procedural remarks
- Participants must correctly upload their application to the contest (in PDF format) in order for the jury to view it. If the application is not available or does not meet the described criteria, the candidate will be rejected by the jury.
- Participants must submit their work before the end of the contest. If the application is submitted late, it will not be accepted.
- A basic knowledge of the African Continent will be an added bonus but not a must.
- All submissions must contain the contestant’s contact information, including a Telegram username, by which jurors can verify that the submission belongs to the individual who submitted it. If not, your submission will be rejected.
- If your submission has links to the work performed, the content of those links must have the contestant’s contact details and Telegram username, so jurors can match it and verify who the work belongs to. If not, your submission will be rejected.
- Contestants must provide valid Free TON wallet addresses where they will receive their reward in case of appointment. Make sure that you keep your seed phrase and private keys from your wallet in a safe place.
- Every participant can submit only one submission. Unnecessary submissions will be rejected.
