Imo Polygen is one of the best launchpad on the blockchain now. I mean unlike other launchpads,it is not controlled by a gatekeeper who determines which project can participate on the platform.It is permissionless.

Imo one of the the greatest option would surely be $LKR. I don't know when Polkalokr will do 10x, but I'm quite sure it will happen because it is a solid project that is being worked on by a dedicated team.
