Newbie Rank unable to join the bounty program?

I know newbies can participate in facebook, twitter and other social media campaigns. It is only signature campaigns that most bounties do not accept.

Its because some of the bounty campaigns only required to join their campain  whose the rank are junior member to legendary.

I think its better to rank up first befor joining because aside getting some knowledge while you are on your way getting higher ranks. And newbie member are not allowed to join signiture campains.

I better wait until my level reaches at least Jr Member. after that I just choose Bounty according my ability.

I'm with you. Why not just waiting for till Jr Member. Then we enable to participate the bounty like a signature campaign.

Yes, the social media bounty campaign like Facebook amd twitter alow a newbie to participate, but you are have read the rules of the campaign to check if you eligible to register. However, twitter campaign are mainly used to spread information plus project promotion. On this basis, you are mostly required to have certain numbers of followers to qualify. Thesame rule are applicable to Facebook and content campaigns. The number of followers stipulated by the project bounty campaign are compulsory for registration and a newbie may be given opportunity to participate 

However, most projects does not allowed newbie to participate, and this could be based on the company's planned financial budget or it could be for other reasons.

Some bounty allowed the newbies to participate in their social media campaign like facebook and twitter campaign because some newbies have a lot friends and followers in facebook and twitter even if their rank in altcoinstalks is low rank but their facebook and twitter have a lot friends and followers and this is the important in social media campaign the friends and followers not their rank.But some bounty didn't accept newbies because they dont want clumsy or have no knowledge about campaigns so they accept jr.member.

Newbies are unable to join any bounty campaign. Yes, in other campaign being a newbie is not a problem joining on a forum campaign, there are times they accept newbies but has a very low price, all you have to do just keep busy by posting and until you rank up and after that join the signature campaign what ever you want and it will pay you high prices depending on your rank.

most of the ICO does not allow the rank newbie to participate in bounty campaign. in my opinion, why most ICO gives the standard rank at least Jr. Member, because the rank to the top rated posts already have a specific value that intent is not a scam postings.

Yap, many campaigns reject newbie, even at some project the minimum rank is Full Member to be accepted, maybe to avoiding low quality post from unexperience member

Rank is not a factor on Twitter or Facebook Campaigns, based on what I have encountered. Usually, the qualification for the social media campaigns are the number followers or friends. But to be safe, just read the requirements of the Campaign that you want to participate.
