No. Most appropriately, they have to give the loan first, then waiting for the payback time with the interest depending on the durations of the loan. If it doe not work this way, then it won't work at all. It absolutely wrong to first deposit Btc to receive an amount of btc back as loan. It doesn't make no sence. I think they should think of better ways to make the loan offer better may be by creating alternative conditions to get this loan.
