2017 project was really frustrating there are alot of ICO had been failed and their token eventually became shitcoin,
but some project was really promising and even now when i came back this 2020 as a bounty hunter again, im surprise that it is still alive and tradable in top exchange.

I agree with you. Most of the projects disappear and do not pay the bounty for hunters, and this is hard for me. Because we cannot know which project will shoot and pay and which one will simply disappear.

There are several reason why projects are failed, because the team haven't focus for their projects.

I have been with the scene of cryptocurrency for the past three years and I had been promoting and supporting many good as well as bad projects and platforms with some of them gone with the wind, meaning they just evaporated with developers and managers maybe taking the money to somewhere where the beer is cold enjoying their stash.

Now, of course, from time to time there are always good ones that live up to their name and potential and there are even those that I really regret selling at their infancy stage but most admittedly end up bad or just another lackluster ones.

There are always good project managers as well as those who seem to never care about anything as they're dealing with their social media platform accounts. One of the notable trait is not publishing regular updates on their projects, and yet they claim to be the next best thing that happened to slice bread. What is frustrating is when you are promoting their bounty and you have nothing new to share, what's more there are those requiring never to share old posts and yet there is nothing new on sight.

I agree with your opinion. Indeed, in the bounty there will always be bounties that are good and also not good and even a scam. Of the several bounties that I have participated in, many of them ended up being scams and the results were not clear. Even distribution coins enter the wallet, but never listing on the market. So I think it is important to learn the expertise in choosing really good bounty projects

I am even still seeing some serious new projects that can be successful too. For example cartesi and also Free Ton which recently went viral in the forum. It may also be followed by several other projects. Because there are so many new projects from Bounty Detective, and maybe some will be successful too.

I mostly follow the Bounty managers that I already know what they bring to the table. I have consistently made some good profits from some bounty by a particular BM and if he doesn't have bounty some time I don't even bother to do any except on rear cases. It is frustrating to finish a bounty campaign and you wait forever and even if they decide to pay some time it's worthless.

If we want to invest in a new project, we really have to get enough information about the project, starting from the project team that is working on it, the product, their purpose for making the project, coin allocation and others. If not, then I will not continue the investment. 
Because to be honest, there are so many new projects that just want to make a profit for their own team members regardless of the people who participate in their project.

Most project are always in a hurry to sell their tokens and make money for the project development that ends up majorly in their pockets. Basically a project should grow more with selling the tokens and not the other way round. A more serious approach should be adopted in tokenization of every project. Bitay exchange for example are just going to launch thier Bitay coin and the exchange platform is already functional, they got the use cases functioning before launching the token. Mind you Bitay already has over 700k KYC users, which mean over 700k users already. Imagine each users holds and average of 100$ worth of the tokens, success of the project is already on the highway. A more strategic and intentional approach must be adopted to executing and setting up a successful project.
