Problems with withdrawing from REX

Hello everyone,

I'm writing here because I don't know how to solve my Problem with my EOS REX.
Some years ago I bought some EOS and put them into REX. After long time of looking for my key I found them and tried to move them from the REX account into my regular eos wallet. Since some time passed I watched some videos to learn how this is done but in my case there is no button displayed that says withdraw when I use EOSauthority. Anybody has an Idea how I can get my Eos out there or are they gone due to a Scam I heard in on video on youtube. They are still displayed under Total REX but no where else.

I really would appreciate any help.
