what do you do when the market is down

None of us know the exact truth what will happen. Me? I’m in this for the long run. I’ve got a fair few coins to be told. I believe in the technology and what the future holds.
Go back to the 80’s when the Internet started? You had the lovers and haters back then.
“It will never work”
“What the hell do we want that for”
“ bloody waste of time”
“ internet? Whatever!!!!”

Look at it now. We couldn’t live without it.

I believe that hard currency (dollar/pound) etc will be gone in the future and we will all be living with a digital currency. Just my opinion.

All we can do is hold and see what the future brings.

Agreed, we always see pump and dump.
Even at bearish season, we will see long dump.
But that's just circulation and will bounce back after bitcoin halving.

At bearish season , better to buy more and collect the potential coins or tokens mate.
But it depend on your analysis.
If you just making observation and wait, up to you.

Yes this is a fact but the only solution of this is taking profits regularly to maintain your dollar and second is (dollar cost averaging strategy) DCA it says don't buy all the currency at once but buy in parts and so you can service in the bear market .
